Some Android smartphones brand locked such features with their custom Android UI skin OS. In most Stock Android running smartphones works absolutely fine

Not open both camera back video
Doesn't work on any phone. The apps don't include the google multi cam API that optimizes and allows the device to use multiple cameras at once. The chipset doesn't matter at all.
This seems to be interesting. Are there any other Android apps that can record multiple fullscreen video streams of front and back camera in panorama mode (no splitscreen)?

@@medialex78 First, look online, if the phones are capable of these things. The chipset can support this, but It may not be implemented in the software.
I understand what u mean bro like Samsung s22 u could swap to ultra wide or wide lens wile recording or even selfie camera but if for some lower spec phone it only limits u to use a lens for a video. So for this situation that the app the guy using is only working on that phone for some reason.
