Joelson Fernandes (🇵🇹) - Winger - Also caught interest of many European giants. INSANE SPEED! SUPER AGILE AND SKILLFUL. Definitely sign him when you can.
Daniel Bragança (🇵🇹) - Midfielder - Portuguese 2nd divion young player of the year. Absurd passing ability and really skillful.
Mateus Nunes (🇧🇷) - Midfielder - A beast! Passing ability is really good and is hungry for the ball.
Gonçalo Inaçio (🇵🇹) - Center Back - Just an incredible deffender. Dives into tackles.
Eduardo Quaresma (🇵🇹) - Center Back - Speedy, not afraid of a challenge, a beast in the back.

Im doing something similar to this. I have all players under 60 with 71-75 potential, and then i have a captain thats 65-70 with 75-80 potential.

Take Roberto Firmino and change his position to CDM... yes I know it sounds insane, but the work rate of Bobby, his passing, he could play more of a Pirlo type of CDM. Plays the open field, once has the ball can start the play. So instead of a false 9 role he plays as a Deep lying Playmaker.
It seems like it would be fun to experiment with.
I know he isn’t the best defender he isn’t like Casimiro, but his work rate, his skill moves, weak foot, make him a great holding midfielder.

Well im 15 and my 26 year old brother is faster than me and i normally get 3rd 2nd or 1st in race competitions for and inter school competitions
It’s because they are still growing physically, but also getting use to the game.
When they played in the YA’s they were playing other YA prospects, but once they get called up they aren’t as physically dominant compared to the older players it’s all training based.
