Hi! I make these molds for sale and I will need to make many molds at once, not one at a time. In vain you think that gypsum is outdated - it is a wonderful inexpensive material for handicrafts.
Merhaba, videolarınız için teşekkür ederim.gıda için silikon kalıp yapmak istiyorum. Alçı çok hijyenik olmayabilir başka öneriniz var mı? Tekrar teşekkürler.
Are you satisfied with the resin printer? I’ve noticed that most people tend to choose printers like Bambu. Do you have any thoughts on that? While resin models don’t have visible layers, what would you say are the downsides? For example, it requires additional steps like cleaning and a UV bath. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
I am just happy that I now have a resin printer! You are right, a resin printer involves a lot of extra steps: washing the printed model, cleaning the printer itself, exposing the model to light, etc. But I like doing all of this. In addition, I use water-washable resin, it can be washed with water. I equipped a good place for the printer and made an exhaust hood directly to the street, which ensured a complete absence of odor when printing. I am happy that I no longer need to do extensive post-processing of printed models. No need to apply several layers of paint and varnish, no need to putty, sand, etc. For me, a resin printer is a discovery! You will not understand whether it suits you or not until you try it. I was thinking for more than a year whether I needed it or not, and when I bought it, all doubts disappeared.
i won't do as you do, you should wearing nitril gloves and gaz mask while working on this, resin printing is toxic until you have fully curred resin with uv

Love the video, thanks!
Complex but worth it, God bless you
Thank you very much!
Hi,
Why dont you use the first mold for production? The workstep with water and gypsum seems obsolete to me.
best regards

Too much waste for silicone, how isit commercial?
I pour the remaining silicone into smaller forms. 1-2% remains. And where have you seen a completely waste-free production?
