Boeing 767 Aircraft at London Stansted

- Filmed in June 2012 at London Stansted, this video exclusively features Boeing 767 aircraft. Wide body movements at Stansted are not nearly as frequent as narrowbody but in the last number of weeks I've captured various 767's. Including ABX Air, a first for me as usually they are parked up. There are a number of corporate 767's too and I hope you like the balance between the titles and the music and the roar of the engines. Please note that unusually I have extended the title music over the first Air Italy aircraft just as there was quite a lot of background voices when this one came in - mind you the aircraft wasn't in the best appearance! but a 767 is a 767! Hello Minitrundle you are very kind, thank you I'm pleased you liked the video. Although the aircraft could be mistaken for a Qantas 767 beause of the bit of red on the tail, it was actually an Air Italy 767, you might just make out the registration beginning "I-" Thanks again for watching.
you are correct. each airline (with a few exceptions) has its own two letter or number identifier that goes on the end of the airplane's type so that we can distinguish between them. Example: AirBerlin's A320 aircraft are A320-214s, their A330s are A330-223s or A330-322s.
6:15 fun information! this is a 767-3P6 (you already knew that). it is owned by Interface Operations LLC. in Las Vegas.

Hello wero8a1 thanks a lot for your most recent comment. Stansted Airport doesnt' really have regional carriers as such. We get some smaller aircraft (incidentally which I really enjoy seeing and hearing) such as Air Berlin Dash8 and Aurigny ATR72's. Aside from that it's mainly 737 and Airbus 319's. We don't get CRj's, I'm sorry about that, but i am grateful for your suggestion. Best wishes and thank you again for watching.
Hello quizmaster9, thanks for your comment. Yes I do use a tripod, it's really the only way to ensure a half way steady shot when zoomed in so closely.

Funny you should say that EdinburghFlyer I'm almost certain they called in with a Monarch callsign, as Monarch had been in doing charters or something a few weeks back albeit it with their own A330. Thanks for watching I do appreciate it.

Hello OHAREAVIATION, I knew it was a 767-300 series but didn't know the exact identification number, I believe each refers to a specific design/ fit out etc by the manufacturer. It had a very striking resemblence to the L1011 I captured at STN last year. Very nice to see, and nice sound on takeoff too. Thank you for sharing your very detailed knowledge with both me and others watching, I do appreciate it.

It appears we have some nice airline logo art on some of the airplanes... much better than the boring Delta and Jetblue logos I see at JFK.
I love the views of the airplanes' landing gear. It's cool to see the shocks compress and then un-compress as the airplanes levels off on the runway.
The UPS jet exited the runway real quick, only about 8 seconds after touch down and then a turn, quicker than most.
