The discrepancy in Peek-a-boo's visuals compared to the actual song is more of a stylistic choice but it's still pretty much coherent with the entire theme of playing a "cat-and-mouse" kinda game. Chill Kill had them murdering a man but that man was literally an abusive figure, the entire album revolves around themes of hope and tragedy
I noticed theyre definitely leaning towards the “dreamcore” concept now instead of nostalgia with their new comeback cuz of the whole hybe copying thing, i think they can actually pull off a full horror concept with experimental songs (like my September type songs) if hybe actually tries to play their cards right without any conflicts with other artists
belift and their concepts are honestly the best imho like they will always have catchy upbeat songs with a underlying dark message/video beneath the song

Since their current concept is dreamlike, they could easily transition to nightmares, as it's within the same realm. They could even be subtle about it if they wna go down the uncanny route.
