What a wonderful lesson! I can't speak much spanish but the body language tells so much! Your lessons on La Catedral really help my preparations for my Master-Music-Studies exam =)
    Such delight! Thank you :)

I can't help it but when I watch Dennis watching and listening to other guitarists he gives me the impression he's just about to go mad. Then at the end he comes out with the most magnificent advice and guidance on every note and movement that guitarist made. Nothing short of brilliant. Hes kind, too, which I know is not a quality all teachers have.

Ohhhh, but I so wish that I understood; but alas I only speak and understand English. :(
Then again the words are somehow a little superfluous as I think I get what he's saying. I think, but I'm not the master there. Look, the melody's here, bring out this, that's the harmony there let it ring lower. I'm guessing but it's how the end sounded better than the first performance. Love this piece.
Thank you, Mr Azabagic for your time and effort.

Definitivamente se siente la diferencia cuando le permites sentir y que ejecute e interprete dejando salir ese sentimiento.
Cualquiera podria tocar (por tecnica) un tema, cualquiera.
    Pero no cualquiera interpreta.
Definetively you can feel the difference when you allow him to feel and execute and perform let getting out a feeling.
Anyone could play (by technique) a master piece, Anyone
But, not everyone performing with feelings

I've been playing my entire life and was only seized by the beauty of classical guitar a couple of years ago and am still a relative beginner in this particular style of guitar. Unfortunately (for me), i cannot speak nor understand Spanish, and there is so much to learn.
Presently i'm struggling to articulate Andante Religioso correctly, and find it very difficult despite the more forgiving tempo of that particular movement.
Any constructive criticism would be most welcome (i'd love a lesson with this man however i'm on the wrong continent).
Thanks in advance to any respondents.

Hello Mahatma, its been about a year since you posted, hows the progress been on La Catedral since then? My opinion is that you have to take time to analyze all relevant areas of playing classical guitar and how they apply to this piece and address them separately. To do this, you need a good teacher who can help reveal your strengths and weaknesses. This is an important step, that is, analyzing yourself. Are you working with a teacher currently?
