My dad and I were there this year. It was a great show as usual. This F-22 demo with the flares was terrific. This airshow means more to me now. My dad passed away two days ago. It's the last thing we went out and did together. So, this particular airshow holds some feeling now.
Man I'm so sorry. You will cherish that memory for a lifetime. I lost my father 24 years ago and our last airshow together was the Blues in Pensacola and I captured it on VHS with him in it (forever digitized now). It's been nearly a quarter century and I still think about him daily. So sorry for your loss and God bless him and you and your family in this difficult time.
