Mr Hills you're my MTB hero!! More excellent style and technique! (filming and riding) The addition of the new drone has been really amazing.. Keep up the excellent content please and thank you! Not trying to brown-nose too much but you are the reason why I got inspired to go out and buy a mountain bike and start riding so thank you for that bro! If you're ever doing a group ride in the Tucson area I will be there! Cheers!
Thanks Mike, stoked to hear that you are finding some love for bikes. That is what this is all about at the end of the day. More peeps on bikes! Hope to make it back to Tucson one of these days.
Super legit trail riding in the ponderosa pines, my favorite kind of riding on my favorite type of terrain, thanks for taking us along! Free ride Friday's!!
Always great to watch Friday’s videos. They are so well done and inspiring. Makes one want to ride some trails. I cyclocross because we don’t have Single track trails like this but it’s fun also riding the countryside on dirt roads. Keep inspiring and keeping us on our toes wanting to ride also.
Sunset is one of my favorites in Flagstaff! Def want to see some Jedi, Schultz Creek, Upper/Lower Moto, Rocky Moto....hell even some segments of AZ Trail. Also AZT through Mormon Lake segment. Love the vids. Hit up some Prescott trails next!
Cool stuff man! Reminds of a international race I think they have in France in one of those mountain ranges; looks like you guys are definitely at that class level!🤟
I don't know how people like the guy in front have so much energy! Makes me feel like there's something terribly wrong with my health as I get tired jumping around on the bike after only a few minutes!
@@PickledShark 2015 Specialized Enduro 29er. It's definitely a soft and somewhat heavy setup which plays into the exhaustion I'm sure but I still prefer that type of setup.
Wow, just blown away by the riding clinic put on. You guys flat destroyed that trail! It got pretty rowdy quick like. When are you and pete heading to the north country, got to be getting hot down there isn't it.
Our last year trip to Arizona was for riding Sedona and Flagstaff trails, to be honest Flagstaff was for me #1 on that trip..... maybe because I am more familiar riding the woods or it was first trip with my SB150,,,,,hmmmm?!? Simply video and riding is top notch as always, thank you, cheers V!
I love them both, and for me they each represent the two best places to ride in AZ, and since they’re only an hour from each other, there’s nothing stopping you from riding them both. They’re quite different though. If you want flow and long descents, Flag is your cup of tea. But that’s understating just how good the tech is up here too. We have it all. Shredona is still top dog for tech, but not by much.
NICE video , Great place to ride for sure... how about recording Schultz Creek Trail down and upper moto to lower moto and the backside of anowbowl down to 418 (Aspen Crossing) ....
WOW...Mason Bond is a ripper. This was the fastest video you've put up in a while, and that trail looked crazy fun! Cool seeing another rider out front who once again has a unique style. I'd nickname that dude "SIDE LUG," because that's what he ride on about half the time. If those are Maxxis, they are probably hanging on by a thread....flappers.
Is the trail out and back ride or do you have to shuttle or arrange a pick up at the end of the ride. I’m going to be heading out there late july and I’m riding solo. Thanks Any info would help a lot. Sick video gnarly shredding 🤘🏼⛰
Nate, I admire your movies and riding a yeti. I see that you only ride these bikes. I'm going to buy sb150 and I wanted to ask you if you know when the bikes will be in the new suspension from FOX2021? and will there be a new upgrade of the yeti line for 2021 and when is it going to sell?
Another Flagstaff Local here - you should go ride private reserve its not burned and the happy ending at the bottom is go. Amazing this one was spared from burn.
Nate, do you shuttle up Elden Lookout Road for Sunset? Also, after a nasty spill and giving up some elbow, knee skin to the biking gods recently, I'm seriously considering knee elbow pads for first time. I notice you sometimes where knee, but don't notice elbow pads. Any reason? Personal preference? Do you have protective pads you prefer or suggest?
Elden is closed to vehicles right now, so this is all pedal access. The lack of elbow pads is just personal preference. I normally wear light knee pads but that is about it. We could wear full body armor and full-face helmets all the time but these are basically XC trails and I prefer to travel light and accept the risk.
What else do you want to see us ride in Flag???
Nate Hills heart trail, little bear
Jedi, Cani
Private reserve/ lone eagle.
Wasabis
Upper Moto for the most hilarious of jank
Loved the “Whaa!” As you went down the rocks. That’s how I felt watching you go down them.
yew! perfect timing! last thing to watch before i sleep! i hope i can get some sweet dreams of riding! 🤣🤙
Good night
Yo! It’s good to see my home show up here! Looks like the secret is out... we have great singletrack in Flag!
I Love these kind of trails, and once again PERFECT FRIDAY ride :)

That. Was. AWESOME! That's some hardcore terrain, and you guys killed it. Very nice.
I love leading guy style, whole way he serching trail for all those small features. For sure he having a blast. Im so so jelly.
Super legit trail riding in the ponderosa pines, my favorite kind of riding on my favorite type of terrain, thanks for taking us along! Free ride Friday's!!
So good! I look forward to these every week - thanks.

Cheers Steve, enjoy the ride!
Burnt & Turnt! Thanks for some Flagstaff. Hoping to see more!
Super rad...Thanks Nate!
Literally on our way to Sunset today! Stoked to see you guys hit Can I, that steep portion is wild and loose right now!
amazing bit of trail for sure.
Nice vid. Glad these weren't all destroyed by the fire last year.
Another great video! Absolutely killing it. I thought for sure a crash was coming up!!
Love the video! But hesitant to see Flagstaff on the map more and more just to have trails over run like Sedona
Drone's looks like it's doing pretty good too. 👍
Man that was one of the best vids in a long time. Sick!
All that jank after 8:00... looks super fun!
the man in front is soo nice to watch. amazing style on the bike. good one!
Mason is the man 🤙🏼
Nate Hills Is he on the Rascal?
@@matradlinski8084 yep on a Rascal
Sunset rules, my home to the left of the ridge 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Amazing bit of trail.
Mason bond riding dirty! Seriously awesome vid Nate!💯
CAN I trail looked killer! Sweet riding as usual!
Incredible trail, this guy is really good and very fast.
I've walked these areas but never been able to speed down on a bike. Really great video.
That was awesome! I need to get up there this summer
Cani looks sick. I rode Little Bear when I passed through and it was a blast. Not a ton of trees at the top so you’ll be able to fly the drone.
Can I is fire!!
Right?! Part of it is definitely fitness, but also being relaxed on the bike to conserve energy. What bike are you running?

Your videos get me so stoked to ride 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Wow, now that’s a couple trails, you 3 were just ripping the f out of them. Who ever chose them, sick, cheers Nate.
How did you like that 2400 foot climb to get to the top of sunset? Love my home town. Thanks for the love
I would describe it as “efficient “ haha
Definitely haha
Pete with the agility of a gazelle
Then he realized everyone was just gonna come back to the van anyhow
Poor Pete is getting older by the second. Pretty agile once he loosens up a bit. Haha
Perfect Trail! ENVY!!!
Wow, just blown away by the riding clinic put on. You guys flat destroyed that trail! It got pretty rowdy quick like.
When are you and pete heading to the north country, got to be getting hot down there isn't it.
Mason is dialed. Pete and I are migrating soon. Heat is not our friend.
Looks so beautiful i tottaly want to go their
Nate the Great!!! A friend (internet friend) has been developing the trails around Flag...Excellent vid and cool opening jam
I love that trail.

I lived in Sedona and would prefer to go up to flagstaff any day

Damn that place is legit 🔥 guy in front of you is a straight up steez lord 🤟
Mason is having the most fun possible. Good man.
It’s been a while since you made so many excitement sounds while following!
Next time you come to Flagstaff. A trail called private reserve would be a blast for you. A huge 30 foot rockroll at the end of it
Private is Rad!
@@natehills9388 yeah for sure. When's the next time your going to come out here to flag?
looking at the trees looks like a game
Yeeaaah!!! Nice ride guys!!! 🤙🏼
NICE video , Great place to ride for sure... how about recording Schultz Creek Trail down and upper moto to lower moto and the backside of anowbowl down to 418 (Aspen Crossing) ....
You guys rode it when it was good. Its moon dust after the holiday weekend.
Yup, we managed to time that right. Bring on monsoon season.
Talcum Powder...
Amazing OA with that Skydio. Rode in Flagstaff 20 years ago when they still had trees. Is Little Bear still a trail?
Didn’t have the pleasure of Little Bear. Next time.
Brutal descent 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🚵💯x💯🤘🏽
Hey. I'm from Russia. This is just an incredible video. Class. Super
CAN I ? I CAN'T... THAT WAS SICK ..

Terrain is sick, landscape looks amazing
That spot is rad nate!
nice ride i like to watch your videos :)
I’ll be up there in 2 weeks! So looking forward to riding that trail. Nice one as always Nate🤘
Awesome video. Was that all sunset trail to Elden trail?
So rad, and I though we had chunk in Central Texas! That was intense, nice break from Sedona footage. GZA Approved.
Beautiful, utterly beautiful, but local knowledge required, one feels.
These trails are all on Trailforks. Pretty easy to navigate up there. Fortunate to get the tour from Mason.
@@natehills9388 more the case of the shear speed taken through the more technical sections. Local knowledge!

Love private
Amazing looking ride! What kind of chest camera setup is making the footage so smooth??
I actually think I rode here about 20 years ago. Maybe 30 years ago. LOL
Nate, have you ridden anything near Red River? About to head there and need advice on a good trail
so good
sek! love seeing enduro bike on DJ @0:11
Glad to see you in the trees again🤘🏻
Mr Bond was shaking but not stirred.

Damn son, that kid is fast.
Very technical chula
Hi, Nate super video 🤘😉🤘
Was someone flying that Skydio during the ride, or is the follow mode just that good?
Follow mode only.
Man, how does he roost like that! Tips please lol
🤘🏼
Homie got mad steeze!
Mason is a legend!
Brabo 🔥
Wow ! You are the boss 💪🤘🇺🇸🌲
Super👍
I loved how light and loose that guy was in front of you. Nice flow.
He rides well but he's destroying the trail as he does it.
Another Epic edit.
Gooooooood~~~~👍🏻
Feliçitats. Saluda el gos de part meva.😊
Reminds me of Truckee/Tahoe trails 🤘
Similar soil and style for sure. I need to make a trip out there one of these days.
hit up wasabi if youre brave enough ;) also, if it's still there...may have been destroyed with the fire :(
its still there:)
What happened at the 1:38 mark? It looked like you ran over a land mine. :-)
Clipped a pedal.
This is bad ass i live in flagstaff
Wheres my locals at??
Sick footage 🥇🥇💪🏼
Niiiice!!!! 👍🏻🚵🏻♂️🚵🏻🚵🏻♂️🚵🏻❤️
Why are your bars turned out that way? Are you riding a bike that is too small?
OMG!!
Jus wandering if this ride was this month?
We filmed this a few weeks ago.
Is the road open for shutting Mount Elden?
It was not while I was there a few weeks ago.
hey did you see any morrels up there?
I wish. Probably prime mushroom habitat.
