Hola,, el caso es que cuando intento aflojar la tuerca de la tapa de afuera me es imposible,, esta durisima,, pero me e dado cuenta que por el lado derecho donde el tubo de escape la tuerca también da vueltas y no se si irá en conjunto o no,,, por sujetar ambos lados o no tiene nada que ver,, no se si me podéis ayudar,,
I don't agree on using a screwdriver to hammer with. Steel into alloy means the alloy will mar or become damaged. Either some wood, brass bar, or something else softer would be better.
Forever....maybe put it in your own how-to video. This guy is as good as it gets for us, and most of us know not to beat soft stuff with harder things using much force.

I have something bad going on inside the gearcase or maybe the clutch. not sure which but sometimes when i take off it makes a horrible sound like my kickstand is dragging on the ground but its not. Sometimes with the sound it jerks a bit for a few feet. Only occasionally and more so when its hot outside. Other times it runs smooth, quiet and perfectly. Do you have any idea what may be causing this noise?

@@MitchsScooterStuff I have close to 9000 miles on it. All original stuff in it. Where can i order new clutch pads? Like I said 99% of the time it runs like a new bike. Once in awhile i get that noise on takeoff just like my kickstand is dragging on the cement. I check and it is up. Could clutch pads make that terrible metalic sound?

Hi Mitch! I need some advice please?.. I have a 2011 piaggio fly 125 which started having a slight issue.. while almost coming to a complete stop, there is a flapping sound coming from the rear of the engine. The sound is like flicking a piece of paper with your finger. But this sound only happens when you the scooter is coming to a complete stop. The sound is louder when the scooter is cold and when it has warmed up, the sound is not so pronounced.. any ideas?

Step 1. Show me how to get the bloody fairing off! Fark me!. Ok so manage to get to 3:50 with the farings on, but just cant pull the cover off over the oil inlet (yes the cap is off). Jiggle, Jiggle jiggle last 3 hrs. So frustrating.

You should include the removal of the panels.....

Hi Tom, thank you! It sounds like your clutch shoes are wore out... remove the clutch housing to check the shoes... you could try modernvespa.com

There's an opening to the rear of and below the clutch. Basically, just a square hole, I believe.
