On our 2003 Accord it was the relay fuse in the fuse box.
commonly forgot thing for the 2.4's is the fresh drainplug gasket. i lost 1 quart every 500 miles, next oil change with a new gasket no longer an issue. also i read on an accord forum that is also a common thing to forget causing that same issue XD.

There isn’t one. You really can just hit it with a 1/2 inch impact. A Milwaukee one
