You gotta wait to call in the Helicopter until after you die. If your killstreak is restarted, and you call it in, the helicopter kills count towards your new killstreak
The same thing goes with your dogs in world at war but not the artillery the only way artillery can count towards your kills. Is only if you’re in the same life after you call it in and maybe if he save it during the next rounds on objective games and also obviously if they make stuff explode and that thing kills the enemy with it like cars and red barrels
yeah i was lucky for my first to be og mw3 it was the first one I purchased after played bo1 at my friends house the entire precious school year cuz my parents never bought me bo1 it took some time for them to finally come around to buying me an M rated game and by the time they did mw3 was out and its the best cod imo

Or whatever the strongest perks are. You get one. It was best cod when it was that way. Every gun could melt anyway.
World at war I generally can't get any matches going anymore on PS3. The lack of backwards compatibility on PS4 and PS5 probably hurts it compared to Xbox but on the other hand PS3 still has free online play to this day, what's left of it. MW2 I can only rarely get matches and they're usually hacked to play search and destroy with no fucking way to complete the objective besides eliminating the enemy team.
The best FPS to have ever lived experience-wise. I recently replayed it on Steam (Cod4x) and it still shreds all FPSes released by today's standards. Everything's so smooth and well built in this game. Feels like every bit is at its place.
Bro I wish I could commentate over your gameplay with you just to talk about the nostalgia of this game. I played it during 2008 before MW2 released. MW2 I had more fun with, but after years I think that the vibe, pace, and gun balance holds up better in CoD4. Less guns were laser beams and required some control to use which balanced things out. The maps were just iconic in both games, but the CoD4 maps felt more accurate as if you were in actual modern combat. Strike, Crash, Ambush all felt so genuine to what I envisioned was happening in a real war.
I loved all the glitches and exploits this game had lol like you said earlier in the video, people EASILY going out of the maps, the fact that the M2 sniper w/ acog and SP would ALWAYS one shot kill, how the AK74U with acog was terrible to its stats etc, just added to the games legacy
Out of all the Call of Duty games, ths is still the best game ever because all you need is 1 primary, 1 secondary, 1 granade, and 1 stun, and also 3 perks and thats it
You come back to this game; I recently went back to COD4 and tried Promod; those mods changed my perspective on SND. it's insane how they are still alive. Hopefully, you play on PC, dawg!
Cod4 was my first cod I ever played,I'm glad it's servers are still up, aswell as waw's but they are the only ones you can currently enjoy because they wont let mw3 2011 servers back on, and even mw2 servers, if they brought back more of cod titles then all the servers would surely be as populated as the cod4 ones are currently, as long as cod4's servers are active, I'll be happy as it's one of the only cod titles I enjoy no matter what time of day it is
MW2 2009's servers are still up on PlayStation 3, I was playing Team Deathmatch on it just last week. I don't know about Xbox 360 though, I don't have one.

I'm glad Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is still doing relatively well on Xbox, finding a lobby that isn't modded on PlayStation 3 is a challenge in it of itself. But Fortunate, I want to see more Call of Duty Ghosts gameplay! Unless I missed a video, the last time I've seen you play it was that "Free-for-all in every Call of Duty" video last year. I'd love to see you make a video playing Squad Assault! where there aren't any cheaters and( not nearly as many) campers with ghillie suits and M27-IARs. It's also easier to drop a K.E.M. Strike in Squad Assault than Multiplayer!

This was my favorite COD, although the TAR21 in MW2 hard carried that game for me lol. The AK and MP5SD were some damn crisp in MW. The M40A3 is the only sniper I could use worth a damn for some reason lol. That game was lightning in a bottle. Probably my third favorite shooter, with Counter Strike: Source in second and Mag in first. Very cool to see people still play it.
Oh Cod4 is definitely alive on PC. The steam version, now Cod4x, has tons of mods that keep it fun and fresh and even modded zombies gamemodes added in.
I still play Cod 4 remastered on the PS5. Had the game because I bought Infinate Warfare back in the day. Still better then most recent COD games with the stupid operator bundles etc etc. Just 3 killstreaks and simple camo grinding.
COD4 on PS3 is actually quite populated on the weekends, you can have some nice games unless you happen to be in a lobby with spartan-kelly, in that case you can just turn off your console because that cheating bastard will ruin your session lmao

I think there are modded lobbies regardless of console since xboxone and series s/x connect to the same servers that xbox 360 connects and people mod their xbox 360s to run mods so while xbox one and xbox series s/x cant run mods you can still run into modded content if you are playing on original servers of xbox 360 games
Modded lobbies exist on any backwards compatible game even if you play on newer consoles. You’re still able to connect to players on 360. All kinda depends on luck whether you find cheaters or not.

Man, i miss COD having the war/military aesthetic. The different armies and the war torn maps. I wish they made maps like that more often these days and there was a toggle for turning off other ppls skins in game. The fact that it was a fast paced, arcadey, military themed fps is what made it so good imo. Like even if they werent based on real wars or locations, it was still done well and seemed plausible. Especially games like COD4 and MW2, because alot of it was set in the middle east and both came out when the US was balls deep in the middle east. I know alot of ppl will disagree and think the military theme is boring, but thats why i wish they would just make a toggle for ppl who want the mil-sim skins only.

It still counts if you call it in before you die, but it takes 2 kills from the chopper to count as a kill instead of 1.

Played Modern warfare yesterday on my Series S and it’s still active and had a blast. Wish COD’s that come out today would be like COD4.

I still play WaW HC tdm on my xbox one console on the daily 6pm-9pm UK time. There’s a small group of us but it works and it’s amazing 🎉
