@@StayConnectedEV Thanks Dave took a lot of editing to get that to look that good. I bought a whole new camera set up if I ever get the chance again it’ll be even better.
One thing I'm not clear on with the x peak 2.0 long range. They talk about dual battery, but when looking at the website they refer to it as a spare battery. So which is it, a dual battery, or buy a spare battery to have on hand? It's pretty cheap for only $200 more for the spare long range battery.
In the future a higher grade of product would be nice. Like the One. A system where you could customize at the factory, would be great. Have upgrade options in forks, shifting systems……etc. Glad they watch your videos. Are they subscribed?😊
@@garywillhoit problem, with having things custom made it drives prices up and usually anything that is tailor-made to the consumer is going to be a preorder the only other thing they could do is have the bike shipped to their facility open the boxes put the add-ons on and repackage them and again you’re talking a increase in price in shipping along. You probably added 200 bucks.
Here’s what I’m looking for: an e-trike exactly like the XP where the back basket is also a second seat for another rider. Most 2-seaters are too fancy and too expensive. We just need a seat someone can climb on and wrap their arms around the driver, like on a motorcycle. Nobody is doing this right.
@@GarysE-BikeAdventures I’m 84 past working with my hands. I’m well aware that I could hire someone to give me exactly what I want. The main purpose of my comment was to let him know that there was a market out there not being met that he could easily meet with very little upfront costs. Just add the feature where the basket could be switched out with a seat and a couple of places for the readers feet. And … he’s got a brand new product. I think there’s a market for this product and he can add it to his product line with very little risk.
Actually, I searched for etrike passenger seats and I could only find e-bike passenger seats. The two rear wheels demand a completely different setup. As I said this is a market waiting to be filled.

It’s a battery that is not built in unfortunately. Just a spare.
@@GarysE-BikeAdventures Well, I see you getting a longrange one and adding an external battery. 😁
Very informative, thanks
Nice bikes there!
The x-peak 2.0 sounds like something I would have liked over the cargo bike that I already bought last year.

@ they already do this with batteries.
@@garywillhoit I wasn’t aware of that. I know they do not ship out of Arizona. They ship out of California and New Jersey.

@@bradfregger2561 if you’re good with working with your hands, I know there are seats available aftermarket I believe I’ve even seen them on Amazon.

I don’t get 5 miles off of a full charge even in PA1. Awful company.
@@The_Hagseed how old is the battery, because that doesn’t even sound close to being believable
