Abiotic Factor - Boss Fight with no Loot / Tarasque

Tarasque is a strong opponent at the beginning. This is how you can fight him. but it takes a little longer. The fight was a few updates ago so the loot was lost. But then there was an update that changed the location and so I was able to get the loot.
But I killed a few Tarasque beforehand.
