everyone talks about how its hard to get up and pray no one talks about how hard it is to learn salah especially as a convert i found it so hard since i didnt grow up listening to anything arabic
You dont need to learn everything at once Islam is a gift not burden whatever you learn learn with its meaning as well and reach out to other muslims near you, not one will say no to help you have faith in Allah and remember every hardship comes with ease and Allah tests only those who he loves. May Allah makes this path easier for you.

Not trying to upset you brother, but in Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:116) [beware the Day] when Allāh will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allāh?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.
Saying Allahu Allahu repeatedly is bida, is means Allah is.... (fill in the blank) and it implies you can say Allah is anything or Allah is everywhere, which is wrong because Allah is above His throne and separate from creation like the dirty places. Also avoid instruments, music and instruments were made haram except duff on Eid because it can get stuck in someone's head when they are doing salat or studying for an exam! May Allah make it easy for you!
