man there is the room with all the Guitars Legends... PETER FRAMPTON, Steve Lukather(toto), neal Shoan (journey) Eddie van Halen... i mind... WTF??? and of course Jimmy Page... is too much for me.. thank you
This is one of those rare things that's so cool I can't even think of what to say, but it only has one comment, so I'm adding a second. Wow: Peter Frampton, Andy Johns, Dave Navarro, Steve Lukather, Neil Schon, Dweezil Zappa, some guy I think is from Bad Company, and of course Eddie Van Halen and Jimmy Page! Holy shit!
All these rock guitar gods. It's like watching a bunch of Miss America contestants walking around the room and wondering to themselves "are they the prettiest girl in the room."
Did you spot Steve Priest, bass player from Sweet w the brown perm and black jacket on the left side of the screen?. Sweet became an amazingly exciting, 4 part harmony, live Hard Rock act around 73 and many hard rock fans still havent discovered this,,,,,,,,,check out their newly added live footage from 74 and live audio from 73 here on Ewe Tube!
YES! :) he has been to a few of these.. His WIFE Irene was the publicist for RockWalk for about 15 years... I shall add his name :) thanks for the reminder... Rock On!!
Whoa. Who's the good looking guy to Jimmy's right when he first walks out with the long hair and in a shirt, tie, and vest? Plus is that the guitarist from Toto standing amongst them all before Jimmy walks aways?
I see black leather was in fashion and curly long hair. ' 5:08 And now let me introduce a gentleman who would like to say a few words (the camera zooms in on someone looking like Mick Fleetwood) Eddie Van Halen'. 6:28 Jimmy 'You've superglued my hands to the table. Now what comes next? Oh nothing. O.K. Bye'
Yeah , im 65 .been listening To the both of them since about 1970 . Know a good bit about their musical history and it would have been really nice to see Mr. Clapton attend .
Actually this event was 3 days after Dweezil lost his father Frank to cancer. Clearly Eddie Van Halen was consoling him. It was a touching moment. Very far from “gay”.

I do believe that I read somewhere that EVH thought that in live performances, Page played like a child with a broken arm. Love EVH's playing, but he does not always seem to be the kindest guy on the block. I am a huge Page fan and to me, he plays just fine.
@@LS-ki9ft Stinking drunk. RIP though. Jimmy's never been a shredder. He's a blues legend and an innovator in the studio. I'm sure he's really bothered by insults from a drunk..Van Halen were ok but can't hold a candle to Zeppelin. It's like comparing a Porsche to your mom's old station wagon with wood paneling.
GOAT = Greatest of All Time guitarist/writer/producer. That is Jimmy Page!
Jimmy has that golden aura baby!-Nice to see the guitar community having so much fun.
Jimmy is always so happy
Jimmy you are the greatest ever. Who are the two idiots that selected thumbs down must be living in a different universe.
Gary Kauffman - I was thinking the same.. argh!!
jimmy page eddie van halen and steve lukather too much guitar gods in one room
Of Coors
This was a day or two after Frank died. Shows what kind of a guy Eddie was. He truly cared about Dweezil.
Jimmy’s smile❣️ He’s probably saying to Eddie ‘where’s the smoking section’ Those two together 🔥

He is like sunshine, he is realy superstar ✌💚
👏👏 More than deserved, Jimmy Wizard Page 🐉🎸❤
5:29 security needs to throw that man out for yelling'Eddie, you are no.1'on Jimmy's event
My 2 favorite Guitarists in the very first part of the video. Neal Schon and Steve Lukather. Plus Eddie Van Halen for a bonus!
Don’t forget PETER FRAMPTON
I do believe Neal Schon, and Eddy Van Halen were a bit star struck lol 😆 😄 😅
we were all a bit "star struck" in that room by Jimmy Page that night. he was so gracious and cool.
when jimmy and eddie had a bro handshake it gave me chills.

You deserve Jimmy 👏👏👏
I remember when this took place.
Happy birthday Jimmy Page!!!
All these rock guitar gods. It's like watching a bunch of Miss America contestants walking around the room and wondering to themselves "are they the prettiest girl in the room."
Lots of $$ there too WHERES Joe perry
My invitation mustv'e got lost in the mail
As if they weren't in awe already, Achilles playing in the background
Wow Dweezil Zappa was taught by EVH...imagine that !!!
Dweezil is awesome too..
He's not bad looking either,
To have had Frank for a Dad. Loved Frank though! 😁
EVH's voice before the cigarettes and alcohol took over.
5:10 Doesn't it seem Mick Fleetwood is wondering where's his call out?
Guitar Gods Galore!
Page is God.
WTF did I just watch???
He is more deserving of that.

You summed it up nicely! I would have enjoyed a little more Jimmy. But..
🤣😀🤣🤣
Where's Clapton?
He was not in LA or he would have been there...
It was rhetorical,
The question .
Are you his publicist?
@@raybenoit5238 nope but I helped put the Rockwalk inductions together :)
Yeah , im 65 .been listening
To the both of them since about 1970 . Know a good bit about their musical history and it would have been really nice to see
Mr. Clapton attend .
There is no need for him to attend.
I can see asking where's Jeff Beck.
What a bunch of lords gathered per square meter !
He may not be the best technical guitarist but he's the best overall guitarist.
Does this place still exist? where is it located nowadays?
Guitar Center Hollywood 7425 Sunset Blvd Hollywood ca..
Lukather and Jimmy❤️
O Jimmy
It needs more cowbell
2:46-3:03 I'm sorry but the first thought came to my mind is they look like a gay couple
Very true
Sean McGeeney haha glad to know that I'm not the only one who thinks so
No....Edward Van Halen is GOD!
How would choosing to fuck dudes or girls (or both) would affect his godhood state?
Actually this event was 3 days after Dweezil lost his father Frank to cancer. Clearly Eddie Van Halen was consoling him. It was a touching moment. Very far from “gay”.

Alot of these clowns in this room couldn't hold a candle stick to Neal Schon and Steve Lukeather!!!
musicof70s cody 😳
They are all spectacular guitarists, but in my opinion, you are correct. Neal and Steve are the greatest ever.
Not just that room but anywhere,Luke and Schon are monster players!!!Not shocking they where also very tight with Eddie!
And yet who's getting honored?........
look at all those awful perms
After all the slagging EVH gave jimmy page over the years though... 😂😂😂😂

L S - Yeah..I can believe that from reading some stage hands interviews.. EVH thought everyone should kiss his ass..

He looks happy though.
