Grated ginger ½ tbsp
Grated onion ½ tbsp
Chilled water 70ml
Flour 2 cups
Cornstarch ½ tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Oil 1½ tbsp (use butter or margarine)
Oil to fry
