Well Hindi naman kailangan magkaroon ng isang monarch o maging monarchy ang Filipinos para mag-adopt ng parliamentary system. Meron namang mga country kagaya ng Germany, Austria, Singapore, Israel, at iba pang bansa na republic na gaya sa ating na kung saan kinikilalang head of state ang Presidente kaysa sa Isang Hari, Reyna o Emperador.
