Man if I didn't have so much issue with my 12 I would grab one of those. Didn't they improve the cooking surface? Looks like some of the seasoning lifted, but not bad.
The original seasoning has completely lifted from the cooking surface after 3 heavy uses with lime and vinegar…😬. The surface looks stained at the moment but I’m building up my own. I’ve had success building up seasoning in the past.
@@hawgwildcastiron2023 so huey, have you tried scuff sanding that cooking surface to a more course grit to give that seasoning somethng to grab onto..??............................
@@williamhurt8512 Sure did. It helped some. I still need to work on it more, but it will be a while, I have a ton to get done and me shutting down slowed me down alot.
Can you stack the 11 with the 10 and 12? I noticed the cook surface is literally the same as the 10 so I wasn’t sure if it’d fit with stacking or if there’s minimal difference between those two sizes since cook surface is same
