    I use crockpot liners for easy cleanup, I didn't know there was controversy about that? That brisket look so good.

    OMG.... I love brisket. I use to cook it in the crock pot with light beer. It would come out tender and juicy with no beer taste.

      Right!!!! I think I offended someone one time - I get it... it's not for everybody - but time is precious and clean up a breeze!

    I would just put some salt pepper maybe a little garlic powder on it and eat that right out of the crock pot, so I'm not the one to tell you what to do with it 😄😄😄😄. I would have juices running down my cheek, hiding from everybody, sitting on the floor in the kitchen so they wouldn't see me 😄😄

    Oh my Gosh, is that tender!!! I have NEVER cooked brisket, but that is the way I would do it, AWESOME!!! I have ordered some sugarless barbeque sauce which I haven't received yet, but I think I would first just try it without that. If it is bland, I would put some of that with it. I bought a huge thing of some sugarless seasoning also which I used on the BIG boneless country style ribs in the crock pot last night and they turned out really well with no sauce. That was an AMAZING price you got on that brisket, Girl!!! Wow!!! As far as using those plastic liners, I do use them, ESPECIALLY when I put something really messy in there!!!!!

      I can eat it with salt and pepper alone for sure - - - mouth watering now... LOL Which sauce did you get? There is one brand with a guy on he label and it's pretty darned good and then their is one online that you can buy from "Guy" the food network guy and it too is good but I don't recall he ingredients. I'm like the queen of quick sale food! lol And honey hush this was definitely tender! Low and Slow is often the trick! Have you ever done an overnight egg casserole in the crock pot? The liners are a must when cooking that. lol

      I have on order the G. HUGHES SMOKEHOUSE SUGAR FREE BBQ SAUCE, looked around at a lot of reviews and that sounded the best. Haven't received it yet, ordered it from Walmart, 3 bottles, so it better be good!!
      I also have received and like BAD BYRON'S BUTT RUB BARBEQUE SEASONING which I ordered on Amazon, no sugar, very reasonable and good!!!! That is what I put on the country style ribs. I will have that until I die it is SO BIG!!!! I have never made an overnight egg casserole!!! I would FOR sure use a liner for that!!!!

    I think, if anything at all, just brown that fat in a skillet with some butter, and then EAT IT!!!!

      I mean eat the brisket, ALL of it, not just the fat ... Just caramelize the fat a little bit more :D

      Brisket needs no recipe ... It's BRISKET :D The only thing I can think of is making some of those tortillas, and throwing a bit of sour cream on it, but not much ... :D
