the cars are pretty easy to counter and its actually pretty fair compared to last update since they vaulted the boogie bombs. right theres a lot of wayss to counter cars EMP boom bow blowing up gas station when cars are healing getting in the player's car and shooting the car to blow it up towhooks (car grapplers) make it easy to get in a car and do 100 damage to players the guitars are good escape items and render you invincible when using them i think this is the best update for cars because last update the boggie bombs gave no chance for people gfetting out cars to fight back w/ guns
It's pretty hard to counter when they come up on you with none of those items. Cars suck, and the people praising them are the same dudes driving around the entire map the entire game spamming the turret.
@Justsumdude. they ain't lol if it's so easy to counter then why can one guy get 10 kills plus with just a single car, or why everyone in the endgame has a car. They're op asf

Other then that, -Nitro fist (for escape) -ride the lightning (for escape) -harpoon sniper -boom bow -a mag or two from legit any rifle -shield emp (freezes cars) -shield bubble (counters turrets) Plus when you get a car to like 25% or so they either run off or jst hop out.
I really enjoyed this season, I’m not a sweat so driving around the cars was really fun for me, I am pissed that they nerfed them. I da agree they shouldn’t be in any comp modes, but they should stay in casual mode
The problem with the cars though is that it’s not really fortnite anymore. Building is pretty much negated this season because of nitro and cars, and building is literally what makes Fortnite unique. Take that away and it’s just like 100 other games

I hate how this season is the one season other than season x where a person with no skill at the game who is putting zero effort into winning can beat somebody who is actually good at the game and is putting max effort
I think like with most competitive games the meta has shifted and you just need to learn a new meta there are ways to counter the cars and its not impossible to counter play it the game has been stale for the past 2 chapters and the cars have brought a whole new play style that i really enjoy. i feel like the vehicles have purpose and actually make it fun again especially ever since the on foot movement was absolutely fucking borked at the start of this chapter
I do agree that in ranked the cars suck I really only steal cars from people I don’t like getting a car and modding it it’s more fun to steal those car from people and sure it’s annoying to brake cars but I find it more easy to deal with a car camper than someone that builds I really didn’t like last season the wings, the lighting and the whip really sucked to fight against but the cars I enjoy braking those cars I pick up one of the bows and grab a pair of fists and I can melt a car but maybe that’s just me again this has been one of the most fun’s seasons I’ve played in a long ass while
Bro just destroy the cars, it might not look easy but its really not that hard, use nitro fists or ride the lightning or somthing, this season is awsome, and yes i am biased
chapter season 5 was boring as hell, but I dont remember there being anything super unskilled except the frenzy but that one was counterable, unlike the cars. Also in the new update they added a new car skill with such a small window it is pretty much impossible to shoot anyone inside so dont say that cars are super counterable yet because fortnite is pay to win now

Chapter 5 season two was the best
the first half of it was the best but after the avatar event it became so boring that it felt worse than chapter 2 season 1's delay
