This stuff is coming to you free if charge...just use the skip button and don't allow a commercial to break the love or bring in a negative emotion. It is like a mini practice for staying in love in the real world when I want to press a mental skip button for negative interferences in my day.
I just realized I'm afraid of loving myself...but I'm not afraid of my own love.
Words fail how to express the ecstasy I feel doing this meditation. It’s so beautiful and amazingly emotional! Thank you Dr. Joe.❤❤❤❤❤

Great meditation from Dr. Joe as always, but the channel posting this put a mid-roll ad in the video so beware since having your meditation interrupted part way through is extremely distracting and counterproductive to the whole point.
