The one in my area does gf Wednesday and has a new gf product on Wednesday. Most Walmart’s that have groceries, have a gf section and frozen gf section. Wendy’s has a few gf choices- baked potato, side salad, full salad, chili, and baconator fries. It’s about the only fast food that I trust. Other chain restaurants usually have gluten free menu options but you have to ask them specifically for their gf options. Some have a separate menu that gives safe food choices for people with food allergies. I’m not 💯 sure but I think Olive Garden offers gf pasta and actually understands the issue of cross contamination. Don’t order the gf pizza from Dominos. They can’t promise that it’s not cross contaminated- it’s only for people who are choosing to be gf, not those of us with Celiac. I have a good friend who was diagnosed with Celiac 30 years ago and boy did she have a rough go back then. She said that she was able to purchase corn flour from a Mexican grocery store so that may be a good option also. I hope some of that helped! When I was first diagnosed about 6 years ago, I just googled every time something came up and that really helped too. ❤️🙏

Needless to say, she doesn’t eat gluten.
