In my college days, I used to pound the milled rice powder(clean rice, dry it in sun, fry on firewood fire and give it to mill for grinding) jaggry, grated coconut in the big size manual stone grinder and finally add sesame before making laddus, wah super tasty Later working days used to make ghee rawa and besan laddus by grinding the sugar, rawa separately in the mixer and finally pulsating the mixture then adding ghee, shredded nuts and whole small raisins. Wow super tasty
This is my most favourite laddu.... You explain it so well with a perpetual smile on your face.... I always get these laddus from mangalore when my sister in law visits her mom.... Aunty I watched someone’s recipe he melting jaggery then all things adding in to it n mixing so I did same my ladoos turned hard can’t bite 😂 is there a way I can fix it? I found ur recipe now
