Before leaving my comments, I want to quickly say a big THANK YOU to you for your wonderful and delicious recipes. I just tried one of recipes (puff puff) and the result is amazing by following your procedure. Wow, this looks delicious and I love the fact that you prepared this in local way. Perfect for white rice as you served
Our Ghanaian sister ¹I remember when a friend told me to try fried turkey but I was like whatttt!!!! But that was the best turkey tail I have ever had . Well I might try this pork feet one day too. It looks delicious

Are salted trotters necessary, or can fresh be switched out? Pickled pigs feet are still somewhat common where I live so fresh are available. I never took to pickled but his recipe seems much more interesting.
Hello sweet team please the sauce is it just blended tomatoes and co, then added to the oil or I’ll have to boil the blended tomatoes before adding to the oil? (Ps. I’m a novice at cooking lol)
Wow I remember when I use to buy this stew at kaneshie market with rice but I never knew how to prepare it. Sweet quick question, I didn't see her adding onions as the beginning did she blend it with the fresh tomatoes or not.
