i had the original -the same as Bob Berg played-it was solid silver. Francois told me when i ordered it that i should come to Brussels from Copenhagen and have him make it for my physiognomy. Berg was at FL´s to have his made. i just told FL to make one as close to BB´s as possible. i can see that the FL you have has the double parabolic chamber FL uses now, where as the JX and ZY do not. I believe that is why the FF sounds just a little fuller and warmer. All three sound good to me. What is the price of each? And where in the EU could one purchase one?
Oh wow I would love to be able to try an original solid silver one one day. The original one goes for $2500-3000, JX is $550 and ZY around $400. I could hook you up if you want!
Never knew Francois Lois made mouthpieces! Always thought they only made ligatures 😅 The first 2 are really difficult to tell apart.. they have equal amounts of edge and seem like they would project really well but the original plated bronze one definitely is the warmest of the lot. All 3 sound great! Ok, after listening a few more times, I think the JX is the brightest of the lot and the ZY is bright as well but has a tad more warmth to it.
Oh yeah he doesn’t make metal anymore so the metal original ones are very sought after. He still does make the rubber composite ones as well as reeds! I agree that the Original metal one probably has the biggest sound :)

Just sold my JX Bob today. Not for me. The ZY sounds sooo nice. FL has the most depth of core. Both sweet. Maybe the ZY would be more for me
