I like how you did this at 1x. We can speed it up natively in YT anyways. Also, watching you do this in real-time and fussing over decisions makes you feel more "human". Photobashing is one of the techniques I use in my digital art, and watching you is an inspiration. I sometimes forget that I can't work at 5x speed so this is motivating and refreshing. Awesome work too!

Thank you very much :) I'm so glad to hear it helped. I've personally learned so much from real time videos. Sometimes it's something that is seemingly minor that I'd have missed in a sped up video, that ends up changing the way I work!! So I think it's important to put them out there so that maybe in some small way I can contribute in passing it on. I'm also right there with you on the feeling of not being able to work fast enough after watching a timelapse as well!!

Looks so tricky at first since I’m very new to photoshop but I guess I gotta get started or I’ll alway be unsure of how or where to begin

Absolutely, just jump in and give it a go. I know it can seem intimidating at first but as long as you remember your fundamentals of light and atmosphere it get a lot less intimidating. Hope you give it a go and have some fun with it.

Hello. Any chance you can point me towards that square rough brush you use in this video?

Sorry I must have missed this. I can't actually remember what that brush is, it doesn't seem to be in my set anymore. Did you have any luck?

How do you decide which photos are appropriate for photobashing?

I'm usually looking for something that I find interesting in them, could be lighting or values or colours. Something that is going to add too my piece really, which is why I'll add photos in and move them around before going with them, I'm trying to see how the image comes together with and without them.
