I don’t know about aggressiveness in the interception of the recent update but my players like slide off opponents like butter regardless if they were in front of them especially the blocking I don’t know if it’s just me but ball passes in between my players legs every match multiple times, I once experienced it 3x in a row in one match

Can anyone properly explain to me COM playing styles?
For years now, I've never really bothered to know exactly, the difference in effect it has over the player's regular PlayStyle.

Probably not properly but it's basically the position and behaviour of your teammates when you've got the ball.....quick counter they'll play with a high defensive line but when you're in possession you're AI controlled team mates will make forward runs in abundance.....long ball will play with a deeper defensive line n when you're in possession not so many forward runs/options will be available from your AI controlled team mates......Out wide, the bulk of your attacking options/runs will be towards the wing.....etc
