All of my digital art I do I use my graphics tablet so yes you can definitely do this with one, it's a lot harder without.
You can do any of these eyes in any colour you want! Experiment and have fun with it. You're allowed to use anything you create with my tutorials how you like :) credit is very much appreciated

Awww I liked the eyes of the chibis. But I just wanna ask even though it's unrelated to the video...
1. Does chibis really need to have circle blushes or, circles that looks like blush?
2. When drawing a chibi, is it really necessary to have bubbly face?

Chibi's do not have to have blush if you don't want to, I personally love it and a lot of artists do, but you do what you enjoy. And with the bubbly face yet again it's not necessary, you do what you enjoy :) But chibi's are known to have the big eyes and the cute sort of look. The most important thing though is to just have fun with it and draw how you enjoy drawing :)

is it hurd using a laptop/computer?
Using a mouse it would be, using a graphics tablet it is at first but you get used to it. Personally I prefer digital art now as I love the flexibility and room for error

it's a matter of when we can get supplies and she's up for it, she is only 6 so she's tired with school and she has been sick lately. Decided i'll try doing a rock painting video with her though as it's something that's been really popular in my town for kids at the moment

How about male chibi eye
I'm not as experienced with male eyes. Usually I just don't do as many eyelashes. The concepts I talk about in this video carry through though. Experiment with different shapes :)
