Smart dude- learned a lot from him but still have extra care wherever you go.
Thanks for having me again dude. Fun to drudge up the memories
My pleasure, thanks for sharing your insane stories!
Just subscribed to your channel. Great perspective. I'm looking for a new adventure with my son now.
What a nice inspiring story
Love these stories, can't wait to meet Justin next month and hopefully hear some more stories. Moving to Dauin and pumped!!
Great tips! Rubber bands around the passport is a great idea to help thwart those who try to pick your pockets. I also like your idea of a decoy wallet with expired credit cards in it--I wouldn't have thought about adding expired credit cards to make it look legit. Also, I hadn't realized that Justin had so many life experiences with his traveling to so many places--he should write a series of books describing his travels in story form. It would be a fascinating read.
I only regret the things I didn’t do, not the things I did. Well said and so true!
Love Critter hunter! What an adventurous life!
Everywhere you travel in this planet , there are good and bad guys including in rural USA, where i was mugged by a group of street teenagers! I was robbed in Argentina and Mexico. Last year, my phone almost got stolen in Greece. I was waiting for my food in a restaurant, then I got distracted towards my right side. When i look at my left side, a man was trying to grab my phone laid down on the table. Its likely the waiters were involved and that was their MI. Here in the US , people are being drained of their lifesavings thru scammers e.g . Sim Card swapping. Online thieves are rampant and its getting worse.
Those Amazing stories back in mid Seventy's remind me my 7 yrs College @ Paris. We travel most countries in Europe with $100 in my pocket just in case. Back then the people were rilax also much happier especially helpful with Studends, the whole climax in compare todays living is depressing. Great Interview !!
This guy is a great storyteller. I’d love to hear about more of his travels! 👍🏼
Great idea to have a dummy wallet! In the SF Bay Area a lot of people also carry a dummy phone on the BART train.
Thanks for watching, more crazy stories from Justin to come... check out his channel here: www.youtube.com/@CritterHunter
this guy has the most amazing life story, 'EveryMan...' channel had him on a few years ago, I listened to the whole thing, on a school trip overseas and never goes back home, totally broke, becomes a dive instructor, glad to see he is still kicking!
great conversation
There is a place in Dauin called U ride bike rental. They also have a service where they will receive your Balikbayan boxes for you and store them. That might be something guys other than me would like to see about. Thanks and stay safe Brother.
Also places you can rent a bike and travel to other islands and how to go about that.
Keep safe happy and healthy
People take note, throw away wallet. Also a broken old cellphone. Keep your cash rolled up in your socks😉
How many 'decoy' wallets is recommended for a survival kit that will last a day?
Wow!! Crazy story.
Be careful when travelling to foreign countries.😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Very cool!
Smart about travel wallet!
Id love to know the logistics of money when visiting a foreign country. I assume you avoid having lots of cash (or do you just keep all your money in a belt under your clothes? Are there bank ATMs that give you access to bank funds from the US? Also, what do you do for a cell phone? Do you buy a burner in the foreign country?
Met Justin in Duma. Great guy
This guy thinks hes James Fat Bond, hahaha
That's kinda rude, isn't it?
Not that much armed robbery in the Philippines however there is a ton of petty theft. If you don't watch your belongings very closely in the Philippines, they will get stolen.
Love hearing his stories! Very intertaining!
Scary 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
WOWWWW KILLER STORIES ...........
Chad, I hope your channel, which seems to be growing fast, is providing you with the means to stay put, keep cranking out awesome content, and not have to come back to the US to drum up some income. I am so close to being able to leave here permanently, if I choose to. I have some projects brewing in your area, so I know our paths will cross at some point.
Always good to see that Critter Republic T-shirt, and hear the fabulous stories.
Hi chad i love your channel. but u seem to interviewing lots of you tubers in duma that have their own channels. u should do other people that we dont know about. seems like all you tubers interview each other and that gets boring. i love it when before u used to go traveling and showing us around differnt places. sorry for the critic but im just being honest. i will continue ot subscribe and watch.
Duma loves you Chad!!! Love every single video you push out!
Got Travelers Sickness 2 out of 3 trips to Philippines. Bad water / service water. Delirious 3 days each time.
BS about Brazil. I have been there 6 times and counting and never felt unsafe there. My wife is from 🇧🇷 Brazil. Gosto o Brasil muito ❤
Statistically, no one would agree with that.
Your guest has a vivid imagination, you can do better. Everybody knows about Rio and it's issues with crime.
Why would I need an imagination? Things turn into real memories when you actually do them, no need to imagine
Some people need to get out more. Stay safe brother 🙏@@CritterHunter
