Yes, the way to spread this is to experience it ourselves. Taking it out into the world ourselves. We must use it in our daily lives. Practice practice practice. I think similar ideas have been put forth in the field of management by Dr. Gordon Thomas, and in consulting by Edgar Schein, and education and psychology by Edgar Decci and Richard (blanking on his name). I hold a monthly zoom where we practice Motivational Interviewing just to help each other get better at this way talking.
Amazing conversation about listening and it's technicalities. The part about "empathic listening" between hate groups and "left" is completely naive. The tolerance of intolerance is what fuled the rise of facism in the present. It's not a consrvative and a liberal talking, you're talking about a hateful group that literally hates people and kill people on their hate parades.
