We are looking to make the move to Orlando late summer, what areas should we check out that would be fairly close to the parks and beaches? Budget is 400-500k. Thanks!
Winter Garden is great area in that range with a ton of newer construction. And it’s a straight shot to the parks down the 429. Apopka is also an option too, just a bit more north. Thanks for commenting! Call/text/email anytime, we’re happy to help! 🙌 407-801-2028 movingorlandofl@gmail.com
Hey Don! I'm moving to Orlando soon and on the top of my list at the moment is Winter Park, I'm a 24 y/o bachelor and I can afford the rent while living comfortably. In comparison to the other parks such as Baldwin, College, and Thornton, which would you recommend would be most fun for me in terms of overall things to do and nightlife? ALSO - The company that I will be working for is located in Winter Park so the short commute if I was to live in Winter Park is a huge plus. Upon basic searching, I found another area called Winter Park Village which is leaving me confused as the rent prices are lower?
Winter Park Village borders Maitland, homes nearby can range anywhere from mid 200's to over 500k. The area of winter park that is in Seminole county also has a lower median price than the orange county side
We've been going through a bit of a transitional period! But don't worry! A new vlog just went up... PLUS we have so many NEW and EXCITING things coming up!
I live near right off Winter Park Village on Lee Road...It is a great suburb. Love this video!
Glad you enjoyed it!😍
Great work Don! I watched this video thoroughly. I really like Winter Park.
Thank you so much!! There is definitely something special about Winter Park!

I wonder if Winter Park Village and Winter Park’s less expensive areas are the sweet spot/bang for buck?
