Rebirth 2 was a phenomenal Neptunia game. Absolutely loved Nepgear and friends.

Just to clear the air, Does Microsoft make a portable console? The answer is no, so Vert will never have a sister. Rom and Ram are based of the DS which stands for Dual-Screen, that's why Blanc has two sisters. And Nepgear is based off of the SEGA Game Gear, which I think may have been portable. Maybe in the following Neptunia games, the Hololens will become Vert's sister.
Microsoft doesn't make it, but there is certainly (soon) going to be a handheld running windows 10 XD

Actually Microsoft did make a Kinect as an add on for their gaming console. In this game, there's 1 character that infatuated with Vert aka Chika (calling her onee-sama and such) She is a playable character in Rebirth 2 with almost same move set as Vert but she is Leanbox Oracle and not a goddess. Some said that their relationship are more than that of between goddess and oracle (so pretty close, although this series just kill her character off)
No, Chika is Leanbox Oracle AND self-proclaimed Vert's imouto (although red and cave did said that their relationship is closer to that of family) It's sad that they cut her character completely from this series.
Holy shit, this whole time I thought Rom and Ram were based on the DS and 3DS respectively. I mean, the first Neptunia game came out only a couple months after the 3DS was announced at E3...

I find it funny Vert didn't get a child, and it's kinda ironic. She's a gamer which wouldn't make a good mom. But if Viffy did exist in that dimension they could easily take care of the kid. Sorta kinda

It is the base reason but since the candidates are opposites to their older sisters in personality we could assume that the people were like "Lady Neptune is fine... but wouldn't a diligent and caring waifu be nice?", "Lady Noire is amazing.... but seeing more of her cute side would be nice...", "Lady Blanc is adorable but her rage fits kinda ruin the her cute image...". Then from their shares the candidates have been born.
But in poor Vert's case everyone was like "Lady Vert is sooo flawless.... there is nothing missing from her... she is perfection itself..." so she didn't got a cute kid sister.

If you plan on playing the rest of the series' games (or at least the main ones), I suggest you connect more into the story and characters from rebirth 2 and so on because the story of Re birth 1 is separate from the other main games.

***** I went ALL OUT on the series. Even to the point where I just had to get the true endings. Especially for Re Birth3. It was either get a sucky ending or actually stop Rei Ryghts.
