19:42 Sleep paralysis is awesome once you learn to recognize it, and it usually comes with a whole host of other weird sleep phenomena like false awakenings and lucid dreaming. When I "wake up" and realize I'm having sleep paralysis, I get so excited because I know I'm in for a roller coaster night of a ride of the exploration of the dark side of my mind.

About Story #1 That is not how PTSD works as not everyone gets it during a traumatic event and only a sliver of people would get it. If that was how PTSD worked then I would have it too, due to being through so many traumatic events myself. The distance is not the point and you know it. don't minimize someone's traumatic experience. Waking up even in a different house down the street would be traumatic in that situation

One of the dime a dozen insecure kids, who really just need one true friend, but too young to realize that, hence end up forming a social circle of friends, who aren't really friends, just strangers. No one really wants to feel that alone and shallow on the inside, to the point of throwing themselves at strangers, to look "cool". Sad psychological issues, formed at a really young age, due to the parents' not caring right. It's kinda funny if u think about, how the parents themselves had issues, hence never figured out how to properly care for kids, just did what they knew, food, cloth and shelter em. Last story reminds me of a time my mom & I got into a car that wasn’t ours. Looked identical on the outside. She couldn’t get her key in the ignition. We both realized in a strange silence that the interior wasn’t right. We looked around & made sure no one was watching. Then got out. We laughed a lot about it but in reality we were in a really bad part of Memphis & were so lucky to have not been seen.

Story 3; I’ve experienced sleep paralysis twice, and they both happened to be right after falling asleep after I smoked some 🍃 and I was just too confused to realize it was happening so I just thought oh I can’t move, ima go back to sleep. And I only realized what happened after, so I’m glad I was too high/dumb to open my eyes and look around 😭
Am I the only one who doesn’t use these stories to follow asleep? I listen to them and work, exercise, make food, etc, always with headphones cause my roommates would think I’m crazy 🤪

one of your stories was just like someone at my college, do not read spoiler alert, delete if you want, but he would dose people with mushrooms, acid, etc., and this was on the west coast, the northwest, he was about ten years older than everyone, military experience, etc., and he would wait for them to crash in his car high as hell and then drive them to Detroit! So they would wake up and freak out! And they did! But I think he would just be in the car with them, he thought it was this great prank. He is now a monk.

IF it happened, what I think is that she had a bad trip and they worried she was going to die so they dumped her at a dr/ug den so they wouldn't get into trouble.
She thought she was so grown up and cool, but she learned she was just a liability.

I love Let's Read but sometimes some of the stories are so god damn retarded (and most probably fake) that it just makes me really annoyed, might be some people have similar reactions and without thinking push thumbs down button xD, just a thought.

Story 3; I’ve experienced sleep paralysis twice, and they both happened to be right after falling asleep after I smoked some 🍃 and I was just too confused to realize it was happening so I just thought oh I can’t move, ima go back to sleep. And I only realized what happened after, so I’m glad I was too high/dumb to open my eyes and look around 😭
Am I the only one who doesn’t use these stories to follow asleep? I listen to them and work, exercise, make food, etc, always with headphones cause my roommates would think I’m crazy 🤪

one of your stories was just like someone at my college, do not read spoiler alert, delete if you want, but he would dose people with mushrooms, acid, etc., and this was on the west coast, the northwest, he was about ten years older than everyone, military experience, etc., and he would wait for them to crash in his car high as hell and then drive them to Detroit! So they would wake up and freak out! And they did! But I think he would just be in the car with them, he thought it was this great prank. He is now a monk.
