I get same error while trying to login via smartbs.
People who get same msg, should understand even if you people are using same load as earlier, The reading is still stored inside the meter once it is online you will have to pay the bill for the consumption.
Tip - Hooking is over now, remove all Coil based appliances (e.g Boilers, Steamers, Traditional Kitchen Heaters)
If you don't, expect 3000-5000 INR per month bill
