At least he admitted that he lacked patience. I met him once in 2020 when I was working at one of the general hospitals, and he was a visitor there. Long story short, he berated my colleagues and I for the cumbersome registration process to see a patient when we were just doing our jobs. That was also when I questioned myself if it was worth the $10/hour pay in putting up with an abuse like that.
you should question your management instead. he does have the right to question the process and you have the right to rebutt him, not everything is an abuse
@@rayallinkh Sure, sure. Others had no issues conforming, only he had to make a big fuss. If he wasn't happy, there were proper channels for it, not by raising his voice at the front line staff. If you want to enter an establishment, please respect and follow the procedure. If you don't like, then don't enter. It's that simple. His behaviour on that day are why there are signs in the hospitals notifying people not to abuse the staff.

Im so glad to finally realise that "successful" is not really what the world and media propagate. To call someone with money "successful" is a such an outdated, cavemen, disgusting idea. No where in this ridiculous interview is success define as being contributive to society, helping the less fortunate, adavancing education, healthcare, giving the less financially able to compete on a level playing field, etc Absolute garbage

he isn't the middle man.... he is the boss of the middleman , real estate agents are the guys that you're talking about , agents dont have the brokerage license , instead they represent propnex who have the brokerage license .

I wonder how from being an SAF officer to running the biggest Real Estate company in Singapore.. thats a big salute!
Good interview. His approach to wealth building is good. The part on "delayed gratification" is very real in today's world.
Legalised MLM in Singapore.
they are just a middleman, not even creating real value by building homes
made much money as a propnex shareholder in the past, this guy is really a very good manager, thank you sir!

Some people should go through the same to decide whether or not it’s abuse or not.
