Y seguirá, ni lo dudes. Viva los 80!!!!

It's got a great message but something about it wasn't that great imo.
Today it’s been 27 years since he died. RIP Jermaine. We miss you.
He had a TRULY UNIQUE voice!!😍😍😍
😮I didn't know 😢
Rumor has it that he's the one that gave HIV to Magic Johnson
I read that his burial site was left without a grave marker for over 17 years. In 2014, his grave finally received a stone, paid for anonymously by a fan!
He also has a square on the AIDS quilt, so many of our most shining souls lost to that terrible disease
Jermaine really paid his dues being a long time backup singer and dancer. he had some nice hits including the word is out. he died at only 39 of AIDS related cancer. Sadly his grave did not have a head stone for over 17 years for some reason until his mom put one there. he should be remembered a lot more than he is. talented guy.
Jim Jax he has it now that all that matter , should be honor more about his music not the way he died!
He will be miss I like to hear more of his songs you rest in peace
Ironic considering what this song is about

Stunning song
We love and miss you, Jermaine! Exceptional talent and incredible dancer and singer. Your hair, outfits, and smile were everything! Gone too soon but never forgotten. Thanks for leaving us your beautiful music! Rest in power, sweet king! ❤
Thank goodness he's dead because I only watch the movies in 2016 spectaculars and I only watch pixel only watch movies and shows that by what the heck show on TV can you watch after watching fosters remote for imaginary Friends Derek and chief episode 13 of Josh
This song has got it all
Everyone loves to make fun of 80s-style production on pop songs, but I think it's usually a great sound. Really uplifting.
🔥🔥🔥 music is 🔥🔥🔥 music. Today's is trash. 2024 right here!
I lost my husband of 35 years today. This was one of our favourite songs back in the mid 80s when we first met. Been trawling through TH-cam tonight trying to relive those happy times. This did the trick 🙂 x

The 80s were fantastic when it came to music
And movies
Jermaine died in 1997. His burial site went without a tombstone or even a grave marker for 17 years, that is until 2014 when a fan anonymously paid for Jermaine to finally have his tombstone. G-d bless this anonymous fan but at the same time it is an absolute disgrace that our beloved artists a lot of times don't get the respect they deserve even when dead. It is our duty as 80's music lovers and I grew up in the 80's listening to Jermaine and others, to honor them and spread their legacy. It doesn't matter if they're Black or White or whatever nor their sexual orientation nor their political views. They are our cultural treasures as Americans.
Didn't know this fact . Sorry to hear. But happy that someone helped out. G bless you Jermaine Jackson..😁
Thanks for sharing

The usry is unforgivable..

Yes...they were. They live in that piece of me that was fierce, and fun.
The most prolific era in modern recorded music. Vast numbers of independent of record labels gave artist who otherwise might not have had the opportunity to advance their talents. Creatively new music technology made the 80s the best, into the 90s with New Jack Swing. Teddy Riley, a musical genus, was as influential as Phil Spector was in the 60s.

I have an autographed 12" of this record! When I met him I was star struck. I was surprised that his voice was a bit deep (or maybe he was just selling himself that way). I was at Strawberries record store in downtown Boston. I walked in with a pair of "Blues Brothers" mirrored lensed glasses on. When I reached the autograph table he complimented me on the shades...I immediately took them off and handed them to him. He invited me to a show he was performing that evening. What a great memory!

1986...why did those days ever have to go?...
Well the earth is constantly spinning/rotating humans gave these rotations a value and divided it into 24 for hours and that's a day. And 365 of these "days" make what humans call a year. Now a year is when the earth revolves around the sun in a complete circle. So these are the reasons it's not 1986 anymore hopefully this helps you.
Ps I'd blame the humans for this.
Because of new years eve.

Eric Smith I do, ALL THE TIME!!!
Eric Smith love this song.
The absolute best of pop was 1982 to 1985. 1986 at a push. Dont take my word for it. Look what is still being played nearly or exactly 40 years later. Perfect pop. 10 different genres in the top 10. Jermain crashed in from nowhere with this global banger and to this day nobody ever had cherry wine! God love him tho you couldn’t be gay in the 80’s
I play this every day cleaning my house. Hahaha. Love this song 😂💓
The best decade to of grown up in (80s ) . I’m very much living in the 80s . Who els in still living in this great era 🎵🎶🎧

Jermaine had a tragic life by the end. I hope he rests peacefully
I never knew that. May he rest in peace.

@JaySinger I was 21 and he was 27
And still rocking that perm that I envied so hard
Still be alive if it wasent for Magic
How did he die so young?
He was MJ secret lover refused to pay for his hiv meds, ( would raise flags to MJ wife finding out he liked men too )his mom threatened to shoot him if he showed up , for his services. She left the grave unmarked for many years, so he couldn't go visit...
