There is even video here on youtube where one can watch as person after person makes their final decision one after the other. To this day it is one of the worst videos I have ever seen.

Weird how everytime we need answers "it's under investigation" for months or even years
This happened with the LAPD and the Biggie Smalls case. His mother/estate sued the LAPD saying they were involved in covering up and maybe even some officers committing his murder. They had evidence that was *very* damning for them so they reopened the case and it's still open to this day to keep anybody from getting that evidence. I'm sure whatever they were trying to hide has been removed or destroyed though. As long as it's an open investigation they cant give any info on it and nobody can request to see the evidence through the FOIA. It's a really shitty tactic that they probably discovered worked serendipitously.
