  • Holmarc's (HO-NFES-040-B model) Electro-spinning equipment is a tabletop version for Nano fiber Electro spinning. It features user friendly and task oriented design. The ease of operation and competitive pricing places our equipment ahead of other products available in the market. Holmarc's HO-SPLF4 model syringe pump render a smooth and uninterrupted flow enabling uniform spinning. HMPSKV30 model high voltage power supply delivers 0-30 KV output voltage range with a maximum current capacity of 0.5 mA. A stationary target and Rotating mandrels of six different diameters are supplied along with the unit.
HO-FH-02 model fume hood provides the compact unit an enclosed atmosphere with 3 transparent side walls to monitor the electro spinning process. The hood also has features like exhaust fan, granite work surface and optional features like high bright halogen lighting, duct of custom dimension to be connected to an exhaust duct available onsite etc as with the other model. This model uses a microprocessor based control unit that interfaces the operations of the syringe pump and Mandrel.

You just gave away your entire design plan! Now anyone can go out and make one with some $2 Arduino programmable MCUs, stepper motor controllers for the drum and linear actuator to depress the syringe accurately, some PWM N-channel MOSFETS also driven by the Arduino to control the lamp intensity and some plexiglass. I think I could rig up the exact same device for under $50 bucks if I can find an old fish tank on Craigslist under the FREE section or cheap for a low budget DIY hermetically sealed chamber AWESOME! I think you just inspired one of my winter electronic projects. I'm already working on a solar powered eBike Trike that is powered by a 12" diameter pancake outrunner motor with 36 1.75" deep by .75" wide by 1" high 16awg 200C stator coils and 37 N52 rotor magnets 50mm x 20mm x 5mm magnets replacing the lame ceramic magnets originally in the motor. It came from a large capacity direct drive washer for 48 pound loads of laundry and water with a 1" spline shaft connecting it to the drum! It's wired 11 coils in series in standard 3 phase wiring arrangement. Three 285 watt 32VDC 9A solar panels will form the roof over myself and the pickup truck style bed and charge the 90 volt Lithium Ion battery pack made up of 96 18650 laptop cells arranged 24 in series with 4 matched sets in parallel for a 90vdc @ 10ah capacity charged by the 96V 9amp solar panels. I'm also going to capture the energy from the collapsing coil energy in a small 90VDC 1000 Farad Ultra capacitor bank to power the onboard electronics and 55 watts of LED headlights and standard LED signaling lights. The capacitor bank will also play a major role in the regenerative braking as the rotor connects directly to the read wheel. The direct drive arrangement removes all drive train loses normally incurred by gear boxes, shafts, chains or belts allowing for nearly perfect regenerative braking in the 90% efficiency range! As the brakes are applied a potentiometer is all that is engaged for the first 75% of the brake pedal movement that feeds more current by PWM to the gate of a high current IGBT bridge rectifier to charge the capacitor bank and then the battery pack while braking to stops or down long hills. When it's again time to accelerate the stored energy from the braking process can be released at a tire blistering pace if you switch off the traction control. With a 12" diameter rotor directly coupled to a 24" tire with the ability to fire all 36 coils at the same time with the custom ESC I'm designing that can reverse the polarity of the coils as well will generate unsafe amounts of torque and RPM if not electronically regulated. The 37 magnets I'm using that will line the rotor have 48 pounds of pull each so doing the math you will see why they designed it with a 1" spline shaft in normal operation and now it will be directly coupled to the drive wheel. Once I'm done skeletonizing the rotor the entire motor will be less then 17 pounds as well! I can't wait to see how well it runs just on direct sunlight at the 90 volts 9 amps provided by the panels and capacitors alone. For bright sunny days I may make a larger ultracapacitor bank so I can leave the battery pack home saving it for cloudy weather cruising. With all the new technology out there it is only a matter of time before everyone else out their catches on that solar is abundant and well under a buck a watt these days and we will all be zipping around at 100MPH in carbon fiber solar cars that weigh 500lbs and even fly! With the centimeter accurate GPS, Gyro, compass, accelerometers, barometers, and gravity sensors all under $3 each and the 32 bit programmable MCUs to control it all selling for less then $15 bucks each the really amazing inventions are going to start appearing from garages around the world real soon! I know there are some cool things coming out of my machine shop! If anyone is interested in any of this emerging efficient energy technology feel free to contact me. I'm always looking for partners/customers and investors to collaborate with as 2 or more heads are better then one. Well, in most cases, there are some out there that actually are negative mental assets...
