I think it is very much worth it to play Battlelord. It will protect you from Nibiru among other things and offer more use from your searches. Plus, it’s effect to search cards when sent to graveyard can give you even more advantage to make a stronger first turn board on top of what you’ve shown in the combo.
Nibiru is a good point! If we play the Fiendsmith package tho we might just be fine without him because i cant think of a reliable bigger board than this since beatrice is banned :(
Nice profile! Everything seems quite reasonable. Personally, I think that there is an argument to be made about the Vendread trap but sometimes the token clogs your field. Still, good card - into Mitsurugi tho it might not be cause you trigger their stuff while tributing. Great profile nontheless!
@RogueEnjoyer i guess daybreak is a fun one in that matchup specifically, but i would prefer to side 1 or 2 daybreak going first and thats it. preference thing i guess
@@martingansbacher3015 Im also not a big fan of maining traps but in this case i believe we have to since we cant establish a bigger board. So thats our only "bigger" interruption in case we win the dice roll and we also need a answer to imperm on the slayer

Good point, another reason to play Vendread Daybreak because Mitsurugi might be the best Ryzeal build
