Why would her credit card not stop it after the first few identical charges? The credit card should absolutely have fixed this immediately.
Should have been an easy fix. Sounds like managerial incompetence & someone should be let go for not doing their job.
My wife says,k "probably Citi Bank problem". This should have been fixed the first time she went in and showed them what they did. wrong.
