What other Neighbourhoods would you like my opnion on? I understand that downtown Cambridge does have the highest crime rate within Cambridge. I plan on creating a seperate video explaining Galt.
Maplegrove is great it is mostly industrial and farmland, but you are conveniently located near the 401 and right between Kitchener and Cambridge. There are new subdivisions within that area as well.@@rohanchavan998
I grew up in Preston Heights in the 90's and it was a decent enough neighbourhood back then. I moved out of Ontario after high school, but seeing how much it's built up now, chances are it's not that place I remember anymore.
Thanks for the video. What do you think about the area at eqst galt. Closest intersection dundas amd main st . Closer to the river than the other side.
@Cerebros100 East Galt is tough. Some streets are great , but not so much. Street like Walnut Street, maple ridge, walnut lane I would say, are the worst streets. The close to Dundas, the better in general, but then again, there are a lot of great properties that are being renovated closer to the water.
Hey Ranjeet, you are talking about the development right beside the 401 built by Branthaven the stacked condo townhomes? They are a great option. I really like the location, close to the highway as well as all of the shopping you would ever need just around the corner on highway24/Hespeler Road.
Branthaven is a good builder. If you are looking at purchasing a home, we can discuss via email or by phone, or you can book a call with me here: calendly.com/kevin-g-amorim
Stay away from Walter street or anywhere near it that’s the roughest neighborhood in town… Preston heights is a shady neighborhood too…downtown galt is pretty trashy also beware at night when downtown Hespeler ,Saginaw area , Myers’s road are by far the best and quiet parts of town
@michellel1586 I have lived in Kitchener my entire life. I know quite a bit about the history of Cambridge. Yes, I am a Real Estate Agent. I love what I do for a living.
@michellel1586 to start Cambridge, Ontario, was officially formed in 1973 through the amalgamation of four smaller municipalities: Galt, Preston, Hespeler, and the Blair village. Galt was an important center for manufacturing, Galt was the first area settled back in the early 1800s. Preston and Hespeler started developing in the mid-1800s.

You can explain Maple Grove and surroundings.

Hi I was looking at the Birches which is in East Galt, Myers road and Franklin intersection. Any idea about the area safety wise.
Hey, yeah, it's a great area. Are you currently working with a realtor?
What about Preston Centre? Any differences between the north and south side?
I find the south side worse than the north side. It's an okay neighbourhood but towards the bottom of the list of neighbourhoods in Cambridge
@@kevinamorimrealestatethank you
@allycia416 you're welcome
What’s your take on Branthaven Community? Is it worth buying in that part of Cambridge?

Yes, Cambridge isn't a small town anymore. The city just keeps growing.
