THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO, seriously I have been hoping for months someone would do this exact type of video so I am extremely grateful, I feel a lot more confident using my own pipe cutter/cracker now, I made 1 attempt & knew I needed better understanding & instructions, YOU just provided both so I Thank you✌🏻

It is my pleasure! When I got mine I noticed there wasn’t anyone really explaining in depth what it is we do, so I took up the mantle! I do plan to have 2-3 more videos in this series to teach how to open geodes! Next one will be on the saw!

That's really interesting. I haven't seen it broken down like that before (uh not pun). Pretty spoils too. I think I'd never sleep if I had that...until there was nothing left anywhere to crack. Cool video!

Great video! I chuckled more than once! I use a 1” x 8” board under the jaw to lift it, depending on the size I’m cracking. Just an option.

Thank you so much for sharing your very informative video! I just bought me a soil pipe cutter pretty much like yours and I can't wait to give it a try!!

Bless you for this. I recently bought a 42" Wheeler Rex off of eBay and of course there were no instructions. I have about 150 thundereggs from the Baker Egg Mine south of Deming New Mexico, from 1/2" to 14" and I can't afford to fix my saws, so I am counting on the folks from Wheeler...... and you.

It'd be unfeasible to use this on a agate huh?

That's wicked... first time I got to see a demo on how to use that piece of equipment... I still have to find a geode 🤭 biggest one I found has a crystal filled cavity that I'd say is about 3 pieces of paper wide🤣... still on the hunt 😃 lots of agate here though...
