The decision to keep Cally, in my mind, just lets me know that he was more of a Brinker hire than a Ran hire and next season if Cally struggles like he did this year, then Brinker needs to go right along with him. Brinker has way too much control and he’s just as big of fault and if not more in my opinion. He’s seeming like he may be a cancer inside the organization. Well, the reset point is whenever the Titans get a new franchise QB project, assuming they've given up on Levis. That's when you flush everyone and build a new staff from scratch. There's not really much point right now. However, if they are drafting either Sanders or Ward in April, they need to fire both people and most of the staff now to give themselves the time to do all that. Working hypothesis is that they have no idea what they're doing, just like the Giants.
