Bullfrog Jay it’s really not. Typical morale boosting, remembrance ballad. Lyrics as used as a dirty tampon. It’s quite lack luster. Still can’t wait to hear the rest tho. There’s always hitters.

Highly doubt it, Mushroomhead admitted to regretting having much to do in the comparison to slipknot. so I doubt theyd reference slipknot in song. since it might flue the fan feud again.... and thats not good for them whats so ever.
I get the vibe that there's more focus and creativity put into their brand/image rather than in their music and song writing. The lyrics are so vague, I can't tell what message, if any, they're trying to convey w/this song.
The lyrics to me seem to that were all struggling but our struggles unite us through the hard times aka "downpours and waterfall's." Its a commentary on commiserating and rising above together imo
Music is not a supposed to be a narrative story. We use words and sounds to paint pictures and mood. This song definitely has that.

Of a description and more explanatory for the account and will of a person with indignation and stripped of an inborn dignity they will be inept individuals too. I love the music and the lyrics. However, I can't for the life of me, piece the lyric to the music video. Their mask, costume, video does not correlate with the lyric at all. Why not have some sort of tribal group like show "the 100" grounders or better yet, when Octavia became the leader in the bunker. It would've fit so fucking well with the song.

I've been a Mushroomhead fan from their first songs when they started with solitaire unraveling and sun doesn't rise to their last ones like qwerty, out of my mind and such. I liked the idea of J-man, Waylon and Jeffrey in the vocals but I knew it wasn't gonna last for long. Jackie in my opinion had nothing to do there at all but being with Skinny they had no choice. The lyrics have not been the greatest in many songs but this new album is just not MH at all. The actual unique style of the band left with Nothing and Jason's vocals don't sound the same as a few years ago. This new guy is way too soft in my opinion for a metal band and kills the whole metal vibe, I feel like I'm listening to pop instead.
Yall are so blind rig the game rig the election...
