    It's impossible to find prices on the furnaces. Why do companies think it's beneficial to hide these? I'm not going to be any more likely to buy just because I'm on the phone with a salesman....i just get angry and move on to a different company.

      Hi Daniel, the reason we do not list prices on our website is because we sell into Canada and the U.S, prices will vary depending on where you live. If you are looking for a price we would we be happy to answer any questions you may have.

      For the square footage you are looking to heat a G100 or GS100 would be a good fit. Suggested retail price on the GS100 is $7,395.00 and on the G100 it is $8,895.00

      Well I must say that helps tremendously. I'm factoring in exchange rate so somewhere in the 12k range, for Canadians. I need to know the btus for the g100 and like the price a rough estimate wood be sufficient. please Thanks
      Ps I must comment on the pricing, if someone is not straight forward with information, like the btus, (I check out your site and never saw BTU in big bold letters.) it's a red flag. Maybe that's just me but my time is not owned by anyone else. If I'm interested In a product you have 15 seconds to do your thing.

    This particular unit in the video, how often on average do you have to load fuel in the fire box?

    • @Heatmasterss
      @Heatmasterss  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Jason, in most cases the furnaces are loaded twice a day. It can also depend on the time of the year, during the more mild months you may get 24 hour burn times or longer.

    • @Heatmasterss

    I currently have a outdoor boiler that is pressurized. Im not sure if this stove would work with my existing buried water lines and exchanger or not. I would hate to have to replace perfectly good tubing. Are theses stoves pressurized?

    • @Heatmasterss
      @Heatmasterss  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your question. No they are not pressurized but you would be able to connect to a pressurized system by using a water to water heat exchanger. By using a water to water heat exchanger you can keep your existing system under pressure but transfer the heat to it from an open system.

    The Heatmaster quality and customer satisfaction seem to be consistently in the top 3. That being said, I would love to purchase one, but to be perfectly honest, the yearly comparable costs (even if nothing ever goes wrong) far out weighs the draw to get one, in my opinion. I spend $960 +/- yr. in propane and just don't see the incentive of cutting a crap ton of wood and waiting over 10 years for my investment to turn over... Again, that's assuming nothing would ever need replaced or repaired costing additional $$$. - Like Solar Power, I Keep looking for the industry to become more affordable, but it doesn't look like that will come any time soon.

      It only took me 2 years to pay for mine plus we select cut our woods every 5 years so we have plenty of tops to cut,our house is only 20 years old and is 3800 sq.ft. with a basement under it ,we only used propane in the beginning but it was killing us $$$

      That's exactly what got me designing and building my own stove back in the 70's when Jimmy Carter ran everything including oil products through the roof but I was just married and needed to keep my bride warm but we were broke and living on a farm on Cape Cod that hadn't been heated in 75 years. Next thing I knew I was selling my stove plans worldwide.

    Put a damn roof over your stove and a few weeks of firewood. Gasification requires very dry wood or the steam cools down the flame front. Stop showing these vids with the wood outside in the open plus who wants to go out to tend the stove in rain and snow? Just plain stupid. A metal carport at least over both. Otherwise great vid. I made our own for under $500.

    • @Heatmasterss
