I think Boscha is compelling. Not every mean character needs an arc to be acceptable. Sometimes it’s just fun to just enjoy the chaos someone like Boscha will bring to the heroes, always the person to root against, and I respect her for that.

A friend of mine and I did give her a redemption. But that's a complicated story. It's basically a Ben 10 & Owl House crossover where his OC got the Omnitrix from his dad and was adopted by Luz's family before episode 1.
For me, Boscha's whole character arc in which she is a jerk that never stopped being a jerk is just as realistic as how the original Pinocchio from 1940 treated their antagonists. In that movie, NONE of the villains were ever redeemed, NOR were they punished for their wrongdoing. Which is a good message for younger viewers: Some bad people don't change no matter how much you want them to, AND they more often than not get away their crimes with no repercussions.
I don't think Boscha stays a jerk forever. The fact that she attended Luz's belated quinceañera in the epilogue implies that Boscha is now on good terms with Luz despite everything that happened in the past, which leads me to believe that Boscha probably did change for the better in the end.

I wish they handled For The Future a little better, I didn't see why they had to make Boscha and Kiki the villains of that episode I wish they didn't use the time like that. But they were under a time crunch and they got everything else right so I can't complain.

If I were to remake The Owl House Season 3, I would kill all the villains and give Boscha a powerful redemption arc, just like how Guillermo del Toro took his take on Pinocchio by killing all the antagonists and redeeming Candlewick. It's like if Guillermo and I would say, "If Disney couldn't kill their antagonists, then I'll kill the story's antagonists in my own take".
I think Boscha as a whole was fine but could have been better like if the reason she teamed up with FTF's main (which I think should have been Bill Tarak and the Titan Trappers) was because they have her moms that would have made her a bit more likeable but due to Disney being the true villain we never got the time for this idea
