I've seen vids where guys will jigsaw 8 transition panels & all 8 look nothing like the other & spend 1/2 a day just sanding & still not get it right. Finally someone had the sense to get a router & flush trim bit...bang on, every time.

Lol I’m checking this out a year later and it looks great! But looking at the comments on asking for the plans and such, if you had any experience in framing or carpentry, you’d have a pretty good idea on how to build it, maybe even making the dimensions easier so you don’t have to cut as much but good work guys! Maybe skate lite for the top layer or something of the sort would make it better but I’m sure you know that!

I feel your pain mate, I live on the west coast of Scotland so it's always wet here. Did you paint it before assembly or after? I know it will die, but I'm so tempted to do it again but paint every inch of it all after cutting. It's the hope that kills you haha.

For anyone who is looking to build a ramp or any feature for outdoor use you NEED TO USE PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER AND PLYWOOD!!! Otherwise it will just rot.
PT lumber is what fences and deck are made from . They also must have good air flow and be off the ground. This ramp they build will rot away in no time. Never close the back like they did either

I'd be worried that's not enough of a riding surface. Generally would want two layers of 3/8" ply, then whatever your top surface is. I'm guessing you went with sanded Fir or something similar?
