    ang anxiety di kelengan labanan,,accept mo lang para hindi mag react ang nerbyos..at more tubig..

      Tama ka po. Ang ibig kupong sabihin ng labanan dito ay huwag pong matakot. Parang labanan po Ang takot para mawala po.

    Salamat pi. Gumaan ang pakiramdam ko. Kasi madani akong mastress at mapagod tapos po may palpitation ako. Umiiyak ako dahil hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko. Sa tes naman po ay umiinom ako ng laxative tea. Is it good for me? Please help me . Thank you so much. God bless po. 🙏

    sir ako po ay paulit ulit k9 nararamdaman ang hirap na paghinga normal nmn ang ecg at oxygen level ko nag iinhale exhale n lng ako at pahinga sa duyan sana po msagot at saka ito bang anxiety at panic attack tnx rene 58 yr old n.e.

      Yong panick attack po ay Kasama na Yan sa anxiety. Yong hirap sa paghinga na may kasamang palpitation ay panick attack po iyan.

    Ako sumila nung may inatake ako nanigas yung mga kamay ko gang ngayon mahina talaga ang kaliwang kawatan ko masakit likod lalo na sa gabi pag nakahiga na ako ang hirap po nag iisip na ako ng kung ano ano gang ngayon d ko magawa mga dati kong ginagawa mahina po ang katawan ko

      Hindi Naman po. gusto sana. Pero walang budget para diyan. mas maganda Kung magpamasahe ka pa dahil nakatulong din Yan sa pagrelax ng ating katawan at isipan.

    Mabilis po ba gumaling ang anxiety sir nahihilo po kce ko palagie tas naiisip ko bka ako matumba lalo ko natatakot kce nagwowork dhin po ako kaylangan ko din po pumasok para sa pangaarawa araw nmin minsan naiisip ko para ko highblood

      Ganyan din ako noon sir. Ang gagawin mo po kapag makaramdam ka ng ganyan ay labanan mo po. Instead na umowi ka dahil sa takot ay manatili ka sa Lugar na pinuntahan mo Hanggang mawala na Ang kaba mo at Hilo.
