I recommend YSL Rouge Volupte for anyone with dry lips and/or if their hands tremble like mine. It's pigmented enough to look like a lipstick, but goes on smooth and easy like a gloss. They have a wide variety of shades, too.
I absolutely agree, it is one of my favorite formulas...so moisturizing and amazing colors

Thanks for the ideas, Michele. There are some on here I’ve never tried. Chantecaille’s lip veil and lip chic, Chanel’s rouge coco flash and Gucci’s rouge de beaute brilliant lipstick are lovely formulas on a more mature lip. None are long lasting but all are comfortable. Westman Atelier’s squeaky clean lip balms are also very nice.
I'd rush to the Christian Dior counter. I love all their formulas, shades and packaging.
I don't normally comment on your video's but wanted to mention how stunning you look in red lipstick! You have beautiful skin, fabulous bone structure, balanced features, gorgeous hair and wearing a red lipstick really sets this all off. Gorgeous!

Great list!! Without going into glosses or balms, just lipstick bullets, I would definitely go get Clinique Black Honey, Gucci sheer Marguerite Jade, Gucci sheer I Dream too Much, Gucci Sheer Louise Orange, Gucci Emmy Petal, Hermes Poppy Lip Shine, Charlotte Tilbury Bitch Perfect and Penelope Pink, Tom Ford Sable Smoke, Glossier Cake and Cachet, Surratt Lady Bug and Paramour, Suqqu Kinichou, Nars Honalulu Honey and Belle du Jour, Mac Half n Half.... just to name a few, I'm probably forgetting some favorites but those are some I can think of off the top of my head that I would need to replace asap. This is a great video idea I absolutely love favorite lists, they're my favorite kind of video!! 🤗 xo

It can actually be difficult to pull off a lip color like that and then think you have to balance it with a very strong I look or just ignore the eyes all together ,which is a mistake. Reddish orange is not my jam but it certainly looks lovely on you and like I said your look is perfectly executed.

I love the Hermes lipsticks, especially the matte formula. That would definitely be one of the first lipsticks I would buy if I lost my entire collection. Such fabulous formula and feel. And beautiful packaging as well.

I, too, am a fan of that corpse-like lip look. The Bond lipstick in Gramercy Park and Surratt Club Sept are definitely on my list, thanks to you. In fact, I could just use your list and be perfectly happy!
I’ve become attached to hot pinks much as you love the great orange reds and I particular love the Dries Van Noten’s - Bad Pink, Plastic Pink as well as Hermes Rouge Feu and Lisa Eldridge Velvet Carnival. Chanel 804 gloss was the first product I purchased on your recommendation and it’s a must. Dior Grace is also on my list. Beyond that its an ever changing whim.
none of your cool toned lipsticks were cool toned. They all had a brown undertone. They were neutral at best. Cool lipsticks have grey or griege undertones and I didn’t see one with that. They are not that common anymore and we’re more popular in liquid lipsticks. Lime Crime and Lunatik cosmetics have actual cool toned lipsticks if you want to see cool toned lipsticks. Grey undertones will make you look corpse like. Also the lip liners you mentioned are not cool toned either. Makeup forever forever taupe and Colourpop BFF cool are cool toned lip liners. Brown and warm brown lips liners look like 💩 around the lips on light skinned people and cool toned lip liners are more appropriate. Lipsticks with fragrance are inheritantly drying and it doesn’t happen when wearing it it happens after when you’ve worn it for many hours. And if someone is a normal consumer and doesn’t have 1,000 lipsticks they might wear it daily for weeks. It will dry your lips out. There are high end lipsticks that don’t have fragrance may still have flavor but anything designer most likely will have fragrance. It doesn’t belong in any cosmetic due to sensitivity but this is just what designer brands do.

I would have to say the Dior "stick balms" in pink and plum. I can't recall the actual title of the product. I think I would like the Chantecialle formula. This is my dream video btw! I live in the sticks which means nothing high end besides Clinique and Estee Lauder. When treating myself to luxury lipsticks, I have to shop online which ends up being a huge guessing game of sorts. Thanks for the info in each lippie as well🥰
This is such a fun thing to think about! I haven't tried Bond #9 but the way you described them made me think a bit of the matte Hermes lipsticks? Maybe I'll test for myself, haha. I also haven't tried that Louboutin formula and I'm very intrigued!
I agree with all of these and would add the Merit lipstick and an Hermes lip balm or the Guerlain tinted lip balm.

Yes! Great video! I would also recommend #15 (tailored nude) in the Dries Van Noten line. Chanel’s 804 Rose Naïf gloss has been sold out everywhere for months 😢! I hope it has not been discontinued!! I love Chantecaille and Armani… on my list to try next are the Sisley Lip Twists. Thanks for all the recommendations!! ❤

I'm so happy to see that you love Clé De Peau Beauté's Satin Lipstick 12 in Power Mauve as much as I do! The nude shades were all created with the focus that they enliven your complexion and don't wash you out.
I’m very fond of the Surratt Lipsliques, I have Paramour and Fee Soie, both very understated but the formula is lovely. I’ve not had a problem either with the Armani Lip Power, very comfortable to wear and I’m eyeing up that 102 shade😍
Didn’t Chanel discontinue their glosses? Are they reformulating? Glad I got that 804 gloss before it disappeared!

I can recommend the Shiseido lipsticks, both ModernMatte and VisionAiry. Beautiful shades, long-lasting, non-drying and feel like absolutely nothing on the lips.
I've been eyeing that Club Sept for a while. It will be my first time trying the surratt lipsliques. BTW - I think the surratt lip glosses are one of the best formulas ever. They are a little sticky but I prefer that. That chanel 804 is a dream.

When I watched your declutter & saw your lipstick collection, my face was legitimately like this 😯 the entire time! I've only recently really gotten into lipstick so this vid is perfect timing!
TH-camrs have a large collection. It’s not something to aspire to as cream lipsticks expire the fastest out of any makeup type. If you can keep up to about 5 lipsticks that have all different finishes and vary in color you should feel good about it and not over spend.
I live in Brazil! There’s no Chantecaille here….and the Chanel lipsticks are expansive here……😢😢

I love the formula of the Sisley Phyto twist too! I bought two yesterday. Number 11 and 2. I also have number 1 and 13. My favourite lipstick formulas are Sisley and Chantecaille plus Charlotte Tilbury. Number 15 Manhattan beige lipstick from Sisley … I love!
