@@skippyjones4195 thank you. I also wanted to take a minute and tell you that I really appreciate you commenting so much on our channel it truly means a lot to us.
@guytaylor5525 I can't work like i used to. But if you can do 1 hour on your project a day, you will build almost anything in 1 year. Hopefully the experts will figure out what's wrong with my back soon. After I broke my back it hasn't been easy and I'm pretty sure I have something else wrong with it now
I was in your neighborhood and wanted to get a chance to meet you. Rory introduced me vicariously to your channel when you painted old blue. At the time when I was there, I had no way to get in contact with you, so I couldn't make it happen. I'll be back down there next summer, so hopefully I can get the opportunity to meet you.
That's awesome, I've always said I hope to meet all of our viewers one day that would be great and it's something I enjoy. People do stop by my house to say hi sometimes but i would rather you didn't do that. Especially if i dint know who you are. Meet me at a show or in public is much better for me and I always take the time to say hello to anyone who chooses to do so. We appreciate all of our viewers and followers.
Man, I really did this truck. I sold the one I bought for my grandpa that he purchased new. I was reluctant from the beginning and every day since I kick myself for speed manual epic I love your channel. Keep up the good work.
Dude I wish you were closer to Phoenix I've got an 03 Silverado that's got minor dents all the way around it but mostly major paint fade, yeah typical chevrolet, I would love to have what you're calling a 4-year paint job with the body work under it
Excited to see the end result, I like the two tone look dressed with chrome trim. It takes me back to being a kid and looking through the magazines and thinking how cool the vehicle is , more character than the lookalikes they build today
Hector your technique is very similar to mine. A quick body and paint to get a nice looking job at an affordable price and drive for a few years. My drawback now is filler primers have tripped in price in the past couple years here in Canada. Matt
Sometimes, I will, but the time it takes time to clean them is not worth it to me sometimes. They are cheap enough to just grab another one, and you know it will be good to go. Also, I have cleaned them, and they have leaked after being taken apart.
The problem I have with the cheeper paint I've had my pickup 21 year's it was repainted 20 year's ago with factory paint and all the clear coats been coming off about 5 years now.going to have it painted more metallic silver. Wanted to 2 tone but can't afford too.
@ Hector, VERY MUCH Appreciated for the quick response Cheap is not a 4 letter word 😂 I’m headed to TS today to grab the paint. Now I can complete the project with confidence You are the Best
I like the simplicity of it. I don't have to guess what heat I should be welding at. And I can do tig and aluminum spool guns if I need to. Having all the options was a big reason for buying it
That first 2 minutes was awesome! I want to ask Robbie Layton what he would do but NO! He’s got big buck equipment and that’s not as useful as what you demonstrated. Good job.
Nice!!!!
great as always great content very entertaining good job

That’s a nice idea for a homemade dent popper!
It honestly works really well for just some old scraps I had lying around the shop.
@@rockabillychavez it really looks like it, my project is under snow right now, I need to get after it you work fast

@rockabillychavez yeah I get it. I would be a little apprehensive to have random people just dropping by as well.
doing a great job
Man you definitely have way more patience than me. Great job and video
It's definitely not always easy..haha 👍
Thanks for watching and commenting
Lucky number twenty two
looking great Hector👍👍👍
I want to see you use that tool to fix the tailgate dings, i bet it would work pretty good !
It would prolly do the trick, but it might be a lot more work than it's worth
Great progress Hector. Looks good!

I have definitely sold some trucks that I absolutely should not have. I think it just goes with the territory sometimes
Looking good, Hector! Also nice guitar riffs on your background music!
Thank you!
Awesome work you do, Love the channel.

Prices are very high. That's why I try to show products that work for me and are on the cheaper side of things.
Watching from Texas. Thx for the awesome video
@@Wesley-uo3rn thank you. We are from Odessa originally
That was cool. Why don’t you reuse the spay guns?😊
Sometimes, I will, but the time it takes time to clean them is not worth it to me sometimes. They are cheap enough to just grab another one, and you know it will be good to go. Also, I have cleaned them, and they have leaked after being taken apart.

It’s always a gamble, but sometimes the cheaper route ends up being the best option, even if it doesn’t last forever.
Where’s the 50 Ford
It's in storage, just waiting for now. I don't have room or time for it at the moment
Mr Hector
I have a question about the TS paint you are using
What reducer do you use with it
Like when you painted ole blue?
Thanks in advance
@brucea822 I usually always use acetone, mostly because it's cheap, and it really seems to work well.
@ Hector, VERY MUCH Appreciated for the quick response Cheap is not a 4 letter word 😂

How much you want for the Ford?
Man, I really don't want to sell it. But if you are interested, message me on Facebook howlin wolf garage, and we can talk about it.
How do u like that Lincoln Multi process welder
I like the simplicity of it. I don't have to guess what heat I should be welding at. And I can do tig and aluminum spool guns if I need to. Having all the options was a big reason for buying it
Are you gonna put the doors on the front of the bed like the fall guy truck on tv?
No, not on this truck, but that is a good idea for a future build
